PLEASE USE this towing company if possible!!!! I have lived in downtown Charleston for eight years and this was the best service I have EVER received. Jason went above and beyond in helping me with my car issues. At first, I was in a parking garage with a clearance height that no tow trucks could get under. Jason stayed on the phone with me and went through possible options to help get my car situation solved. Not only did he help recommend other towing companies that could possibly help if my car wasn’t able to get into neutral. He also helped provide possible fixes and was able to get my car into neutral and get it out of the parking garage (which other tow companies said I wouldn’t be able to do, etc.). He then proceeded to drive to me very quickly, pick up my car and tow it to the car shop. In addition, he is taking time out of his day without pay to figure out a way to get my cars battery to stop running. This is by far the best service I’ve ever had with any car/towing company in Charleston. If you are struggling with any car issues use this guy - also his prices are way lower than many other competitors in the area, I figure this out by calling other towing companies before I got on the phone with Jason. This towing company is outstanding 10 out of 10. Can’t go wrong!!!
Jason was great! He was an excellent communicator, did exactly what he said he would do, and did an excellent job of moving my 24' enclosed trailer (that had been parked for four years) across town. I particularly appreciated the fact that prior to hauling he took the time to look for any small problems that could turn into major problems on the road if unnoticed. I really appreciated his level of care and attention to detail. His focus on customer service and pride in ownership of CAP Towing left me a happy and loyal customer! Thanks Jason
I totally recommend this company! I was feeling completely stuck when my son's Jeep just stopped working. He is at school at CofC and I am in NJ. Not knowing anyone in that area to reach out for assistance in a situation like that is daunting enough! Jason was quick to respond...and on a very rainy SUNDAY no less!
