I called CAP Towing in a panic as i was trying to help my daughter from several states away. Jason was beyond helpful and promised to arrive to her within less than an hour and assist her with either jump starting or towing her car. He did exactly as he promised and he showed up and briefly diagnosed her problem. He then phoned me back and told me about her issues and put my mind at ease that she wasn't stranded alone anymore. I broke down coming in to Charleston on hwy 17. I called Cap Towing and he said he could have a truck there in about 45 minutes. The truck was there in about 30 minutes, sooner than he had told me. He got it up on the truck without damaging anything and took it to the dealership. I feel blessed to have called this particular tow company. It was listed third on Google search. I totally recommend this company! I was feeling completely stuck when my son's Jeep just stopped working. He is at school at CofC and I am in NJ. Not knowing anyone in that area to reach out for assistance in a situation like that is daunting enough! Jason was quick to respond...and on a very rainy SUNDAY no less! PLEASE USE this towing company if possible!!!! I have lived in downtown Charleston for eight years and this was the best service I have EVER received. Jason went above and beyond in helping me with my car issues. At first, I was in a parking garage with a clearance height that no tow trucks could get under. Jason stayed on the phone with me and went through possible options to help get my car situation solved. Not only did he help recommend other towing companies that could possibly help if my car wasn’t able to get into neutral. He also helped provide possible fixes and was able to get my car into neutral and get it out of the parking garage (which other tow companies said I wouldn’t be able to do, etc.). He then proceeded to drive to me very quickly, pick up my car and tow it to the car shop. In addition, he is taking time out of his day without pay to figure out a way to get my cars battery to stop running. This is by far the best service I’ve ever had with any car/towing company in Charleston. If you are struggling with any car issues use this guy - also his prices are way lower than many other competitors in the area, I figure this out by calling other towing companies before I got on the phone with Jason. This towing company is outstanding 10 out of 10. Can’t go wrong!!!

These guys are the absolute best! They were punctual, affordable, honest and just generally great guys. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. In a world where I had to pay an extra hundred dollars to be dealing with these guys as opposed to the other towing companies I’ve had experience with the past, I would happily do it! That said, You won’t be paying more to deal with them. You have no good reason to call anyone else. Full stop.

After waiting over 45 minutes for AAA to even respond to my towing request, I called CAP to see if they might be available. They were so professional and arrived quickly with a flatbed to tow my car to the dealership to fix my tire. I received a message that my car had arrived at the dealership, the car had been locked and the key had been provided to the service team. Jason was great! He was an excellent communicator, did exactly what he said he would do, and did an excellent job of moving my 24' enclosed trailer (that had been parked for four years) across town. I particularly appreciated the fact that prior to hauling he took the time to look for any small problems that could turn into major problems on the road if unnoticed. Had a difficult problem with a vehicle stuck in my garage with a dead battery which shut down all electronic controls for opening the trunk. Vehicle couldn't be jumped. Requested CAP Towing from the manufacturer's road side assistance because of his excellent online reviews and was fortunate that he were participating. Jason came to the house on time and was very familiar with the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous! He maneuvered the vehicle to the street so the custom driveway wouldn't be damaged and skillfully got it on the flatbed and off to the dealer. Safe arrival there with a photo to me upon completion. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thank you, Jason!!

Aiden is my hero. I was in Charleston on vacation when my car died. We were unable to get it started with a jump from another vehicle, so I called CAP Towing to have it moved. They were able to send someone out quickly, which was a relief after speaking with another towing service who told me it would be hours before they could send someone. Aiden was able to get it jump started, and I was able to get home. I felt immediately calmed when Aiden arrived and absolutely recommend CAP Towing.
