I went here to purchase a driver side bulb. Matt said,”it was easy to make the switch (on my brand of car .”) So I tried unsuccessfully. Lost the bulb. So I returned to NAPA. I told Matt, “it wasn’t easy at all!” So Matt basically installed the new bulb for me. This was so kind of him. It was a week day and they were busy. I just want to thank him, so I wrote this review about Matt at NAPA on Johns Island.

Called Matt and he found the hard to find battery I was looking for. These folks are local and super friendly. A SUPER place to do business!

Entered store 45" before closing. Cashier closed her register and left the floor 30" before store closing. No other employees in the store.

Convenient location for Johns island. Staff knowledge of parts is spotty. Don't come here expecting much more than getting parts. You can order online and pick up which is convenient. Napa brand parts just seem to be higher quality than competing part stores.
