After speaking with the lady on the phone regarding a tow and the car has been sitting there for a little while, and they are collecting $25 a day, they have now charged a $300 admin fee for mailing one certified letter, that is an excessive fee, and I feel like they are taking advantage of the owner at this point. The owner family member has asked for an itemized bill, photograph of the Posted rate for the tow yard, and what statue or ordinance authorizes the $300 fee. This clearly is taken advantage of someone, please be aware of this excessive fee if your car is towed or sits in this tow yard.

I was going to use them. Spoke with Karen twice on the phone regarding sending an email invoice of how much the tow will be, so the other person at fault for the accidents insurance would cover it. Never received it both times. Not going to chase them for my business. They are reasonably priced, maybe someone else will have better luck with them

Had my BMW towed last night. Had them drop it off to my parents house down the road. Not a problem I get to the car today and I look for any damage’s because it is a low car. I notice my fresh painted rims were scratched which looks like it rubbed against the railing of the flat bed got both right rear and right front
Had my mother send them pictures because I phones have dated / times when pictures are token sent them pictures from Sunday and one last week they told my mother I must have hit a curb What a joke of a company these guys are. Holy city is who I should have called. I will blast this company on every community site I have for them to charge $125 for 0.4 miles and damage my rims uncalled for don’t care about the money just my rims.I will be taken this to a lawyer. As a business owner myself this is not how you do business even when iam showing you stamped date’s and times before you towed my car with 0 damage to my rims !!!!
This place is a joke!! I got into an accident and they came after the officer called for a tow service and took my car without saying a word to me. I had to call towing services in the area until I got the right one. I was told how much the bill would be over the phone but not that they are cash only. I arrived to their hole in the wall facility with nowhere to turn around because of how small the parking lot is and was told then, that they were cash only so I had to go get cash and come back. Then we had to drive to a different lot 15 minutes away to get my car but I was told I couldn’t drive into the lot that I had to push my car out of the lot. When I got to my car the windows were all left down, more damage had been done to the car from them dragging it on to the truck and they left something on in the car so the battery died with the car in park. The lady that was helping me let me drive in to jump the car thankfully and load it on my car dolly but then complained she was going to be fired because it was taking too long. Definitely would not recommend this place they seem very heartless.
Wonderful customer service, specifically, Shane went above and beyond to recover our vehicle in a compromised situation. 5 out 5 star! Totally recommend!
They are no good. They towed our truck to Summerville lot last December just the other day we went to get our stuff out of the truck and I noticed some stuff was missing. As the days go on we've been noticing more and more stuff is gone . What is this world coming to. It's pretty bad when you're stuff comes up stolen. ? I hate being like this., but what can you do.

A couple of weeks ago now I was moving and a truck needed to be moved that was broken down in my drive way.
Mark was amazing !!!!!! especially over the phone despite I was in panic mode and tears at the time.
He was brilliant and calmed me down and found a gentleman to come and help me.
Bradel came and with a lot of effort managed to get the broken down truck out of my drive way.
Without these two special men I would not have been able to move house.
Five Stars just doesn't seem enough.

I helped a woman in her 70s call for a tow. This company says they couldn't let her ride because of covid. She is 70, it is 11pm at night , she is alone , covid protocols were lifted months ago world wide. I'd never use there services!
I just want to extend a huge Thank You to the gentleman from this company that returned my wallet that I mistakenly left on the hood of my car. I was in shock that I totally forgot to ask the man’s name, but thank you! I’ve used KT Towing in the past through AAA, and I will definitely use them again, especially after having an honest person return my wallet!
I called around 10am. I asked for cost, location, and closing time so I could pick up my stolen tahoe. I was told $250, the address of the main shop on hwy 78, and 5pm closing time. When I arrived at 4:30, the door was already locked. After someone came to the door I was told the total was $300 and the lot where my tahoe was located was already closed for the day. I voiced my opinion, paid 250 and he had someone open the lot.
May god have mercy on your soul if my wife or daughter had been the one coming there to pay at 4:30.

These guys are a total scam operation, held my truck for ransom. Tow driver said "how much money do I have to make this all go away"! Curb was painted red next day, they knew they were wrong. 1 star too many, 0 stars.

They have an awesome liquidation store on the weekends and I bought a bunch of electrical hand tools including a new in box Craftsman Hand Planer! $40!
These people are crooks. Their closed on the weekends so they're going to charge you an extra $50 which is robbery. Even though you want to get your car and have the money for it they are going to charge you because they are closed and you can't pick your car up. They open up at 8:30 in the morning and I told them I would try to be there at 8:30 to pick my car up on Monday. Since I wasn't there at 8:30 they charged me another day. These people are scum it need to be put out of business.
I just had a very bad experience with this towing company. Please everyone be aware of this driver, he has issues and road rage. He almost hurt me and my husband on collage park road. I hope this man loses his job before he hurts someone. He should not have a CDL. Tag number P664348
Called AAA and KT came as they said they would. Can't remember the gentleman's name(older polite man), came and was very friendly and very compassionate. Real good dude. I would recommend him and the KT Towing Family.
David was our tow driver, Very professional!! Our grass was very wet from all the rain recently, and didn’t want to take the chance of tearing up the grass - he stretched his cables as far as they could go because our car sat back a ways back , from the road he was able to get the car on the truck with ease! Very friendly , helpful and kind!!!!!!! Thank you David!!!!!!!
While service that day was responsive, they have been unwilling to provide me with a duplicate receipt for my car company showing that they replaced the battery (I lost the original.) Not only that, but Josh was combative about my request.
Lost keys and needed to have my car unlocked and towed to dealer. Driver (cant remember name,man in early 20s) came to my house fast made it quick and easy. Took the time to think and not just hook and go like so many other tow truck drivers. Best experience from my expensive mistake. (Looks like they got a bunch of new trucks now too, so I expect them to do well in the future)
Flat bed towing a AAA 1500 Chevy Van down Dorchester Rd on 11/22/19 at 8:50pm heading to the AAA shop on Dorchester Rd almost side swiped my wife and I. She had to slam on the breaks so the driver wouldn't hit us.
David was extremely helpful and professional when my Battery died. He showed me what was going on and taught me how to replace a terminal head. I highly recommend!
The guys at KT Towing were so helpful to me when my car didn't start. I called AAA and they showed up for the call. He was very pleasant, and very helpful. He jumped my car and had me follow him to their service garage where they quickly put a new battery in for me and got me on the road again. I would highly recommend KT Towing, if you want a locally owned business with super nice, and helpful people call KT Towing!
This company gouges on there price. Adds a $150 administrator fee to a tow. They are ripping off people that they do business with and should be removed from the South Carolina Preferred towing company for over charging more that the other companies that our state trust in. Bad business bad tow service
