It is very easy to navigate. Staff was friendly. The plain clothed yard monitors were comical. They were easy to pick out as they were the only ones not actually looking for parts. They were dangerously close to stalking. They quoted me $375 for a running driving car (Kia Soul), which I know is a popular car for parts. I'm all for making money, but you guys need to be more fair with your offers. I fixed this car for $800 (including paint) and sold the car for $3500
Update- If there are no monitors in the yard, then you may potentially have people stalking customers. I suppose when I said it was a running and driving car, it would be an assumption of delivery. So if there is little hope of selling parts? Then why do you focus so heavily on advertising the sale of parts? I understand operating a business for the purpose of profit. There is still a way to be fair and still make money.

I was more than happy with the recent selling of a junk vehicle to Blue and Gold. Prior to using them I found the other junk car buyer’s processes to be less than confidence inducing. Open ended paperwork, unaffiliated contract pickup, vague post purchase dealings etc. From the start Denise and Renee answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I utilized the online quote generator on their website. I had a no hassle offer by the next day. Once I called to accept the offer (at which point I asked all my questions) a pickup time was set for the following day when it was convenient for my schedule. The pickup driver called ahead to confirm location and timing. He was promptly on time, friendly, and had the vehicle away in no time at all. After they received my vehicle I was sent copies of the completed paperwork and receipts for my personal/tax records which, for me, was the most important and appreciated step in the process. I’ve utilized B&G in the past for used and new parts and I’m happy to say their other services more than match their sound customer focus.
First time at a salvage yard and I had an excellent experience I needed a battery but couldn’t afford the $200 plus price for a brand new one for a little more than $50. I got a used one and the experience was simple and fast.
The battery was tested in front of me on an instrument and also my old battery was tested to be sure it was a problem

5 star review - great, accurate service from the front desk. It's $2 cash admission and then you pull your own parts. Tip: ask how much the parts are going to cost before you take them off. Blue & Gold charges market rate for their parts. Well-organized yard.
Blue and Gold did an awesome job and definitely went above and beyond with helping us get our wrecked car to their lot. They came the same day I called to pick it up and even dropped the check off at our house! So thankful for such a positive experience.
I don't recommend this place customer service is not good at all. As a customer I was treated like an inconvenience.

Do not go there. Owner or whoever charged my dad at first 140 dollars for 4 rims and then last minute jacked it up almost 400 dollars later. So which is it?
Very reasonable pricing, VAST Inventory, and good customer service. I think Denise knows my face now from coming in so often. If you need something chances are they have it, or at least the car. Scored some things for my moms car and my personal vehicle to upgrade them. Thanks again!
Get there at 4:08 and they tell you you can’t go in that no one can going in after 4 pm they don’t close till 5 and the shit part is it would have took 10 mins to get what we needed on row 2 right up front of the place
They are the Best! The inventory selection is amazing,along with the staff. They are there to answer any questions you have with a smile. But the prices beat all others around Hands down. We have never been disappointed.
The admission of $2 isn't bad. The lot is very big and they have a wide variety of cars and parts. Out of 7 cars of mine only one had the part I needed. It's hit or miss.

This how a salvage yard should be run! Their staff is friendly and very helpful. They have plenty of vehicles to pull from that aren't completely mangled up. They also have plenty of ice cold bottled water on hand. I only wish they had a Pee Dee location.

These guys always have everything I need and if they don’t have it, they try to help me find it which is above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is super kind, really friendly always smiling their salt of the Earth good people.

No complaints have I overheard. I've made several visits...they make things easy. Come in and get your part and your on your way.
Caution! Get everything you need right then because the car may be gone to the "crusher" pile and there's no getting it back when this happens. No fault of the staffs. Staff is top notch. Ive met the owner nice and approachable. Good people there. Good attitudes.
Shame on anyone who gives these people a problem. Everytime I visit everybody is cool! No drama!
