The coolant pipe on my Volvo started leaking on my drive from Augusta to Charleston. I stopped at the Auto Zone, and they recommended Williston Tire and Auto. Chad was amazing. Detected the problem and was able to fix it very reasonably! I am so pleased by the level of service I received. I wish they weren’t two hours away, so I could take my car to them for everything!
Williston tire is the most honest and professional service organization in the south east, they will give you honest opinions and treat you with dignity extremely trustworthy.

A week before moving back to CT my navigator water pump went. (End of Feb 2025) I had a one day window to get her fixed before taking the 14 hour drive back home. Chad was absolutely amazing in making this happen for us. I would recommend this shop for many reasons.. 1 being how quick they were able to accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. Prices were very reasonable and their courtesy was #1. If I stayed down in SC this would be my the only place I would trust with my vehicle.

So, fortunately for us, we pray and believe to make it happen. Late on a Saturday evening, 4:30pm left God's Healing Springs headed back to Augusta when our "run flat" tire ran FLAT, FLAT out in the middle of BFE, 😆. With multiple challenges attaining a towing for the Bimmer, daughter was able to connect with a gentleman from WILLISTON TIRE & AUTO. Our prayers manifested with "De'Lorn" aka Da Lord 🙏🏽! He showed up, loaded the vehicle with super extra care. Offered assistance with loading us in his tow transporter. I don't have enough words to express our gratitude for his friendly professionalism and expertise. We appreciate you De'Lorn for your character and top notch service.

My experience at this place I can safely say is the last there very rude,they have no order that these cars get done in so you will definitely watch people who walked in after you leave before you they don’t like when you ask how much longer when it’s already been 30 minutes and 3 different cars out the shop just a horrible experience all around not to mention I had a lawn mower tire that I needed changed and had the new one already they literally just had to put in on and air it up and it took about an hour and 30 minutes I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR 20 dollars to put the lawn mower tire on and give it air when on the phone I was told it was 12 on the phone
If you need your car fixed right without having any difficulty with the work then this is the best place to go have been going their for over 30 years never had any problems with service or repairs. Great friendly staff wonderful mechanics. Would give then a 10 stars if could.

Tire blow out on side if the road at first the guy said no he can't help because he was already booked up. But ended uo towing my van to his place putting two tires on and rotated the tires as well. 300 bucks for a tow 2 tires rotaing and balancing. Was very kind to come rescue me off the side if the road thanks yall
Chad and the other mechanics do a great job. I drive from over an hour away just to take my vehicles here. They are honest and they'll tell you over the phone if they can't perform a service. They do not waste your time and they'll schedule your vehicle for a specific date to accommodate your schedule. They do quality work and I have never had to return for the same problem twice. I can't say enough great things about this shop. Truly a one of a kind and top notch service!

We lost a boat trailer tire outside of Williston when we were traveling. They came out to us, assessed our need, hunted for the studs we needed, returned to replace them, directed us to their shop to look at our brakes and air up the tires. Wonderful people. Wonderful service.
Stopped by from out of town in a rental with a low pressure light on. The technician checked my tires and put air in. I was able to ride back on a 3 hour ride with confidence! Great honest techs.
Good honest mechanics who do work at a fair price. Had my truck in for a rear differential rebuild and A/C checkup tow truck picked it up on a Tuesday and I drove it home the following Monday. Truck was returned in the same condition it was given in meaning no damage from the tow, no mess left behind or grease on steering wheels or seats. Have done business with them before and will happily return.
This is my go-to auto shop. Chad is great! Their schedule is busy but they are always cordial, and willing to work with their customers. They always get me in as soon as possible and they do the job right, at a fair price. I can't say anything bad about them. I have nothing but good experiences with them.
Very busy place. He made time for me and repaired my slow leak. I made an appointment for tire rotation next week and getting a quote for a new set of Michelin tires.

If they are not sure what exactly you need they will Get the person that does. Quote “ hang on just a minute we have a guy that knows all about that! End quote. I was impressed most mechanics that I have dealt with wouldn’t “say”that at all they would just leave you waiting while they go talk to some one else. End result very pleased and will return for TIRE and AUTO needs! Definitely Recommend!
