Manager Charlie excellent as we'll as Ms Tuesday. Charlie swapped out a battery for me in a difficult location. This is the reason I do all my business at auto zone in williston sc.
Matt was a huge help. We had a check engine light come on due to a misfire. He checked the code for us the part and cleared the code after my husband repaired the car in the parking lot. We would definitely recommend Matt and his team.

Very big thanks to Jerry L!!!! Came in to buy a deep cell battery for my rv after the recent hurricane Helene and he was there to help even in the dark. He took care of us and even carried the heavy battery out to my vehicle for us! What a great person!! The world needs more like this man... thanks again! Cimberly is the best. She is always ready and willing to help. She goes above and beyond for us every time we go in the store. She never has an issue even with the smallest of problems I'm having with my truck. If I can't find something She always helps. Thanks Cimberly 😊
My experience at this store has been amazing each time we come in there. I recently bought a land Rover and needed some stuff to make sure it was ready to drive. Kim the manager and Nikki The associate were so kind and helpful as well as fun to be in the store with just looking at stuff and increasing my order total...great for the company and fun for me. They were great and I just wanted to make sure they were recognized for their knowledge of products and their super customer service. Thank you and I will def be coming back to get the remainder of my items for my vehicle there!
It was a shocking experience for me. Im not accustom to having someone go the extra mile to locate what I needed, but they did. The service was excellent and I will continue to shop at autozone auto parts in Williston.
I came in to purchase headlight bulbs which was very difficult for me to install due to my disabilities but Cimberly without hesitation came out and help me get it done while also noticing that my tail light wasn't working as I was pulling off she stopped me and took care of that also(8:30pm). I never go to this store without the workers going above and beyond to help with my needs..
I'm glad this store is available. The staff is nearly always kind and helpful if needed. There seems to be a decent chemistry between everybody in there that I see regularly. Kimberly will certainly help as needed without fail. I only just met someone named Nikki and she was right on requests as well. Except for the most busiest of visits, I never feel like a burden walking into the store for the most mundane of things. I know the AC seems to be hurting in there during these hottest of days. At least it was today.
The service was a joke. Ordered the parts wrong two times. The manager is a fake it representative none of the employees knows what they are talking about. This store is a total waste of good money with the associates they have working in it.
It’s a good place, but Auto Zone should offer to deliver to customers homes since this coronavirus is so powerful now. They could leave the items outside of the customers front door.
AutoZone in Williston has some of the best customer service there is. Cimberly went above and beyond to help me when I got a new blower motor today even helped me put it in(in the parking lot). Everyone in the store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I dont go anywhere else for my auto parts needs! AutoZone in Williston, SC is where its at!

Cim & Brandon went above and beyond to help my nephew get his radio installed in his truck. Customer service at its finest and all with a smile and willingness to to help that did not go unnoticed. Everyone in the store was very helpful but these two truly made sure his radio was installed correctly and I would be willing to bet my nephew learned some valuable information that will be with him a lifetime. My deepest thanks for taking time to help my nephew even when one of them was on their own time but came to ensure it was done properly. If I could give this store and the team from today a 10 it still wouldnt be quite enough! What great attitudes and the willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much!! Today I had Great Customer Service with Kimberly & Ashleyn. I needed a new battery for my vehicle, contacted the store gave them my vehicle information immediately they knew what battery I needed an it was in stock. I arrived 10 minutes later they already had the battery ready to go. To top it off they installed it for me in 2 minutes I was so happy!!! Great experience for shopping there for the first time!!! Auto Zone in Williston is the place to shop!!! Happy Customer😀
