Well how to start, I was looking for vehicle due to unforeseen situation. Found vehicle and inquired. I received a response and attempted to work out details. However we could not locate a match for myself. I want others to know this i worked with their sales staff, Sabrina H. and she was a true professional. During the process she searched and attempted to accommodate our family needs. Since we are new to the area she was a super helpful knowledgeable. When we are ready to get a new vehicle i will definitely be on the way to Barnwell to purchase from them. Wish all sales personnel could be as helpful as her.

I have dealt with B&B Ford on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service. This time I had Eleanor Burbage as my salesperson and she was awesome. How amazing is the staff at this Ford dealership. My family owns an EV and we were in the area visiting family. Their charging station appeared on our list and we rushed over for a charge. Sabrina is one of the most genuinely nicest people we've ever met and she wasn't trying to be nice in a "car salesperson" type of way. If they're this nice to a non Ford EV owner, I can only imagine how well they treat their actual customers. She made the charging time go so much faster. Andrew was truly a gentleman. I had rented a Tesla to visit family, but unfortunately wasn’t given the proper adapter to charge the car. When we found ourselves in a bind, Andrew immediately jumped into action. He went above and beyond to help us find a solution—graciously assisting until we were able to charge the car just enough to reach a Tesla charging station. If I lived in Barnwell and needed a vehicle, there’s no one I’d trust more than Andrew. I moved away from the South years ago and had forgotten what true Southern hospitality felt like—Andrew reminded me exactly what that means.

Friendly staff and completed repairs in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional, I was about 2 hours from home and they got me going in a timely manner. Thanks for your help and I will definitely use your services in the future if needed.

B&B Ford is awesome! They are the only reason I kept my food safe during Hurricane Helene. I have an F-150 lightning and used that to power my fridge/freezer while without power. On day 4 I needed to charge and the only working charger in 75 miles was here. I headed there and while charging the station cut out. The owner had the station back up and running the same day. When I came back to charge I had gas cans to fill up and the owner helped me get them filled while I was charging. This place treats you like family from the moment they meet you.

Just bought a used but in excellent condition, like brand new 2019 Ford F350 Dually to replace our 2016 F350 Dually work truck that caught on fire and burned about 6 weeks ago. We have absolutely no idea what caused the fire to ignite in the first place, but Mr. Bush took great care and found us the replacement we were looking for in a little over a week. Recommend them!

This is the only dealership I’ve ever bought my cars from. I put my trust into Andrew and B&B that I’ve purchased 2 cars from them before I even test drove them. That is how much I trust them! Everyone at the dealership is friendly they always remember me and knows my face when I come through. B&B has exceptional customer service and service department is on it. Rental cars are always offered if available when work needs to be done. Service guys have even picked up and delivered cars. I’ve never had a bad experience. B&B will always go above and beyond. They also pay you for referrals so make sure you tell them Bridget sent you!! :)

I had a great experience. My Ford Explorer had been having steering issues for a while. I took it to multiple mechanics, and they were taking my money but not fixing the issues. I have always had this fear that dealerships were very expensive. I took it here and got my steering issue fixed for $160, something I was so happy! Now their tires were low-key/high-key expensive, but I am satisfied and will continue to come here.
