Anyone ever get their parts rebate. Mine was approved 12/23/23 here it is 3 months latter and it says it is still processing. I will never buy from them again.

I called to see if they had an item I needed and Samantha was the lady I spoke with. She was so nice and friendly and was nice enough to have the item waiting on me. I went to pickup and again so she was so nice.

Pleasant people. I was in and out before I knew it. I had forgotten the name of a car part and the lady knew exactly what it was and knew the name when I explained what I needed

The lady who put a battery in my key bob was professional and personable. If I lived there that would be my store to go to.

These people are too confused and somewhat lazy in customer service. When a person is in desperate need of a part to repair their vehicle you would think that they would go above and beyond to get that part into their store and into your hands as the customer. These people did not act with any sense of urgency at all to get a radiator for my husband's truck. We went across the street and found one immediately.

Get support testing old battery and getting a new battery.

Not very knowledgeable only know what they read on the computer screen. Call and ask for one specific part and they try selling you $500 worth of parts
