Not sure why you all are overcharging people for windshield wipers. Is that why you have "Free windshield installation" so you all could sell more? Literally 1/4th the price at Walmart.
Need to get on board with AUTOZONE. Every mechanical part with exception of about 5% is LIFETIME WARRANTY.
YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE ABOUT 10% MORE TO GET A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AT OREILLYS. AND THEY USUALLY ONLY HAVE ONE PART WHEN YOU NEED TWO. GET IT TOGETHER
I had a battery ( less than 2 years old) that I took it there to have it charged. They immediately told me they determined the battery was bad. I asked them to try and I left the battery with them. (Since the triple A tech told me it just needed a good charging) They called back in 15 minutes saying the battery was defective. I picked it up and took it to an Advanced Auto place and the battery charged up just fine. It seems like O’Reilly’s just wanted to try and get a battery sale out of me when it wasn’t necessary. Although this store is near me and convenient, I realize they are not genuine in the advise they give. I will not be back there. I need a place that deals with customers honestly.
Had the part I needed, unlike Advance Auto who told me they had two in stock (Belton), then after going to get the part, came back and said they did not have them; guess AA lost out on the 180 bucks I spent on products I purchased from Oreillys
Not very friendly encounter. Staff wasn't friendly it seemed to me. Maybe it was just me I don't know. But I won't go back to that particular store. No biggie.
They came out and helped me troubleshoot and identify which lights were burnt out. Several bulbs were burnt out. Great customer service. Above and beyond.
Not sure who was on opening duty Sunday but waited in the parking lot until 921am, not opened yet. 2 other customers had already pulled Away and there was still 2 others waiting when I left. Advance Auto on Laurens rd had what I needed and I was in and out.
I just called this store to ask about front brake pads for my car and the guy that answered the phone I think he said his name was Dave was very rude about answering my questions because I was trying to figure out which brake pads was the better deal and just disrespectfully cut me short and hung up so I prefer to go to another store rather than that one
Dave is the best employee at this store. He is always there to help and answer questions. He is the reason I even shop at Orielys. He puts the customers first and is always so knowledgeable and professional. Need to get rid of the other employees and hire more like Dave. Other employees have no respect using foul language in front of customers. Dave deserves to be Manager of this store.
I had to visit 3 times today because I'm working on such a difficult project. Every person that helped me out was so helpful and they saved me so much money. It's clear that they are not purely profit driven, they really worked with me to find good solutions. I will always choose this location over other auto part stores.
Kendra mack told me oreillys modo is to never sale to a competior.... even for one of their own account holders. And it was a seal I needed to complete a job.. they wouldn't let advance auto order it from me I had to go get it myself... so I went and cancelled it from. Oreillys and told them I would never go back in that store.. poorest customer service I have ever had...
We use Oreillys on a daily basis. Ashley is one of the best people they have working there! She’s very friendly and takes pride in her job! We have never had a bad experience.
Ashley was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions to the best of her ability. Make sure that we were taken care of and served us well. Will be coming back here to give them our business because of her!

We purchased an engine from the Williamston SC store, when we took the old engine back to receive our core back, they told us we would have to come back in the day time to receive our core charge back. I think that if they can charge you a $360.00 core then they should be able to give it back when you return the engine . We called on Saturday and was told to come on Monday in order to receive the core back. We brought the engine back Monday evening and was told they didn't have the money to give us our core charge back. This really sucks. They didn't wait to get my money.
It's horrible when my wife and son go into the store and inquire about the windshield wipers on the truck not working and the two behind the counter laugh in their face! and say we don't do that. What a disgrace. Well nice job, keep it up and you want have any customers! I know you have lost some.
We depend on this store and their awesome staff to keep our shop operating smoothly. Every member of their team is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to help anyway they can. They usually have exactly what we need but if something is not in stock, it can usually be ordered and received the same day or the day after. Great service!
I live in an area that, until recently, did not have an O'Reillys near by. When I needed a part quickly I generally visited Advance Auto due to their location. I am very happy to now have an O'Reillys option in my area and I find they have better part selection and more knowledgeable Associates. The O'Reilly store is better organized and will now be my first choice for my auto parts, accessories, etc. Welcome to the neighborhood!!
I changed my 5 star to 1 star because now my husband isnt allowed to use his personal discount at this store because he no longer works there. I needed something signed and now we have to deal with corporate!
I had a very bad experience with this location. I first of all went into this location to rent some tool and buy some parts. I tool these employees what my plans were and exactly what tool I needed to complete my job. All 6 tools I rented were the wrong ones and I paid 200 bucks to rent these tools for the day. The next issue was I gave them the exact parts, vehicle information down to a T. Both parts for my vehicle were wrong as well. I came back into the store 3 different times before the gave me the correct tools and parts. I recommend going up the road to one of the other auto part stores before going there.
