Not sure when Weston started working here but he is very knowledgeable! Always friendly and willing to go above & beyond for the customers. Highly recommended this location!!!
Great store. Ed is a great addition to this store. I drive by a couple parts stores just to do business here. Ed is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help us out. Great job guys.
Well I consider myself to be a pretty good mechanic so I do my own work but sometimes even the best mechanics in the world need a little push I got it here I got complete cooperation and when they didn't have something they told me where to find it regardless of who the vendor was plus one man even offered to come over to my house and help me do something on a large truck because I couldn't find local help good people are really hard to find the best people or even more difficult
They need to get rid of the two old men with the beard one old man has salt and pepper beard long the other one's got white hair white beard they're disrespectful
Everything was excellent customer service was perfect the part was exact what I needed and people knew what they were talking about when asking for advice
I had to go in and get a new battery and they were very short handed and fairly busy. Despite that they were gracious enough to install my new battery and clean off my battery terminals ( which had battery acid on them). They were so kind and courteous. Thank you!
Good place to buy various parts, the manager there is a actual parts man and knows more than just tapping on a key board. They have a wide selection of hydraulic hose stuff to make some pretty odd ball stuff with
I love how the employees welcome you when you walk through the door. They asked if they could help me right when I come through the door. The store is very clean and easy to find things. The employees are very active and supportive.
Sunday staff obviously isn't the A-listers , spent 20 minutes fruitlessly looking for a common wiring connector, staff was sitting down eyes on phones, while I was in the store they turned away a farmer needing a hydraulic hose, in spite of making hoses at this location, and having all the materials in stock. Now I guess he and I both will be making a two hour round trip to go to the next closest parts store.
Was exceptionally happy with the service i received here. They had a hard to find part for my F250. The counter guys really knew their job. If you have a choice, try here first.
Great to have them in Iva. However I will continue to do business with the one on 28 Bypass in Anderson. The last 2 times the Iva store gave me wrong parts. Very.frustrating
They don't honor there warranties or there word on any part or item bought in the iva location store I have shooed at o reillys auto parts store a many of time but the only time I or a family member has been done right is in Anderson locations
