Been looking for this tail light for over a year. Jason in the sales office helped me out, was a pleasure to deal with and the light was in perfect condition for under half the price I would have paid elsewhere.

I called today to speak with Jason regarding a quote for an Infiniti QX60 2024. He gave me a quote number and confirmed the price at $800. Then, just one hour later, he messaged me offering a different part from a Pathfinder, claiming it was compatible but the price was double and the mileage on it was nearly triple. This is nothing short of manipulation. When I expressed how upset I was and asked him to check with management, he came back offering to “reduce” the price by $200, bringing it down to $1,900still more than double the original quote. This kind of bait-and-switch is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I sincerely hope management reads this and takes steps to improve their service. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, not games or inflated prices. Quote number 27317

we could not have been more pleased with the help we were given. we searched for a Mercedes -Benz part for 2 months and when we reached our to Parts Box, he located the part within a day and was sent in the mail that day! Bobby was professional, efficient and knows how to serve clients! If you need a part, he is the guy to find it ! we were grateful for his assistance... Erik provided me with top notch customer service, and communication. I contacted him regarding a goose neck hitch for my ford f 250, I just got my truck, and had a rodeo for my daughter this weekend, and I had to find a hitch before the weekend. He went above and beyond with communication through text messages providing me with pictures making sure I was getting the part I was looking for before even setting foot inside the building. When I arrived he had it all ready to go for me, and he loaded it up for me into the truck. Great group of guys and I highly recommended them and will be back.

Parts Box is the first place I go when looking for parts for my 14 year old Porsche Cayenne Turbo. So far that have had everything I need and ship promptly. 5 stars. They had what I needed, worked with me on shipping costs. Got it here in just about a week.. and packaged perfect shipping company called when they were close and helped me look for damage. And I saved a couple grand off of new parts! Will be back in touch if I ever need parts again 100percent. And the staff was nice and helpful

Overall awesome transaction. I purchased a low mileage long block for a Jaguar F-Type. Very hard motor to find in good condition. Not only was the the motor as described but it was also delivered fast, crated properly and extracted with care. The sales guy was awesome. I got to see the pictures of the donor vehicle, which helped my anxiety of buying online. The pictures also gave you a sample of what the facility looked like. Very clean and organized. Price was unbeatable! Great source for used parts. Highly recommend. Pictured below is my vehicle with the replacement motor on the lift.

I ordered doors from my truck direct from parts box that they had listed on ebay. Great experience, super helpful, great pricing. I was able to have the doors delivered to my house, they constructed a wood frame to protect the doors during transit. Will buy from again!
