Bought bumper ASSEMBLY. As seen in pic. I mentioned i dont need foglights if they can take them off and drop price.
They said it should not have said ASSEMBLY and foglights aren't included, and they took them off and charged me same price as before.
Foglights did not have a stock number on them either.
Parts are good, but they are definitely going to milk you especially if you mention that you need these due to color match.
Not professional tell you to hold on and never come back to the phone so that you will hang up so that they don’t have to service you! As you ask seeking help for a part

Side note, very hard to find part. Only one I could find. And they had it. Local. They saved it on a shelf for who knows how long. Really appreciate that they didn't just throw it away over time. Very earth friendly.
I purchased a transmission for Smith Motors of Anderson on May 26, 2003 through my mechanic. It had a 90 day warranty. The transmission began to malfunction before the warranty was up. I went back to my mechanic and while I was there he called his contact. He was on speaker phone so I heard the entire conversation. He told my mechanic to give him a few days and he would get back to him. To make a long story short he never called back. We finally followed up and he had for gotten the conversation. If you are ever in this situation with this company please make sure you document the date you have the conversation with them, because they will forget it ever happened.
Called in to make sure fender is good condition because I needed it by the color , drove 45 minutes just to find out it’s In bad condition and spray painted . Wasted of time .

This business is unprofessional, effortless, and waste of time. Spoke with the guy on the phone had me on hold for 10 mins said he had the part i need And that i could Come by and when i get There he didn’t have the part and said that he didn’t even get up to look.
$380 on a used front door wow! People you are getting robbed, LKQ pull a part 30min away has these for only $60 each. Fenders at LKQ are $35... headlights are $25...motors $350. So you decide.
