The guys at this store were beyond helpful and demonstrated knowledge of their jobs. It was as good as it gets and I thank them again here as well as Napa for having been around since I was a teenager. I am 70 now. I have bought thousands of dollars in parts from Napa and enjoyed the good people at their stores all around the country as well from my first store I used in Bellevernon, PA. It has always been a pleasure.

If they don't have the part they will order it and won't BS you on things you don't need. It's a small business and locally owned, show some support
They didn't allow my elderly family member to use their restroom. These people aren't kind at all and this place is nothing to brag about...do yourself a kindness Wagener people and drive a further distance to get better service, plenty of worthy businesses that will treat you kindly.
Service sucks. I went in Wednesday to get 4 tires and buy a battery. The lady was carrying on a conversation about whatever never looked up never acknowledged my presence second time this happened will NEVER return again
