Great customer service! I needed a wiring harness for an Isuzu truck that they sent same day. It arrived 2 days later but had an internal issue when we installed it. They shipped me another one and arranged pickup for the defective harness at no additional cost. Great team of people!!
I’ve called Busbee’s Truck Parts a few times, and every time I’ve spoken with someone super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. especially over the phone. You can tell they really care about helping customers find exactly what they need. The guy who answers the phone most often (carlos) is patient, explains things clearly, and always makes sure you’re taken care of.
Bought a turbo from here. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership was asking $2,100 for a new one I got one from here for $550 plus shipping. I would recommend they are very nice and have lots of parts!
I purchased a turbo from them 1 year ago, installed it after 4 months of sitting on a shelf. My truck was driven left then 2000 miles when the turbo failed, causing major damage to my truck and the expense of the tow. I called and spoke to the owner and explained the situation, and he refused to help in any way. I was only looking for a replacement or money back which he refused. I gave him numerous opportunities to make good and he chose not to help out a customer. Beware that all parts are used and only have a 90 day warranty. You can drive the truck for 100,000 miles or 100 miles, they don't care. They stick to 90 days which is not reasonable. You would think they would work with a good customer with all documentation. BUYER BEWARE!! Ill add pictures when I receive them from my mechanic.
