We were helping our elderly neighbors when their car broke down and had such a positive experience with Thomas. We were over an hour away from home plus we were hours waiting for AAA that never showed. He was respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful and positive. Our tow operator, Thomas, was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable gentlemen I’ve met in a long time. He not only took great care with the tow but also shared helpful insights on what could be wrong with my vehicle. The price was more than fair—especially considering the level of service we received. Fast, friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced… easily a 5-star experience!

they made everything very difficult and overcharged even after making me sign the title to my truck over to them. watched me the entire time i was getting pictures and getting belongings out of the truck. left my welder machine, toolbox, and various other things in a neat pile at the crash site as if they were coming back to take them later. charged me a ridiculous $25 fee to use a credit card to pay the tow fee. all around an awful experience, would not recommend.
Cody was ver professional and was able to sell me a tire and rim and service the vehicle instead of having to tow the vehicle. He handled our situation quickly with minimal stress. I called 6 other wrecker companies and they were not available until the next day. Highly recommend Big Tow and they will be my first call in Carolina!

Contacted Big Tow for a precariuos off-road recovery situation I got myself into. They are hands down the best tow company I have ever dealt with. If you are ever in a tough situation and in their service area do not hesitate to call. Professional, understanding and willing to help.
I called different companies and received different excuses for not getting a tow... It would be 2 hours before sending someone, the price is double because the wrecker service was several miles away at the time, there was nobody working on a Saturday morning, etc. A friend of mine was able to recontact this company and they called me back due to being disconnected. I am so grateful for the help I received from the driver. He loaded my car up fast and efficiently while being careful and respected my car and got it over to the dealership for repair. The dealership was able to repair my car today and I opted to do a couple of other repairs recommended while I had it in the shop. I appreciate how quick it was getting there because I was able to get all repairs done today and am back on the road without delay. I highly recommend this company.
I have used other roadside services, but "Big Tow" was nicer, and they even gave me some future information that I might need at a later date. The gentleman was very nice and he acted like he loved his job, which you don't see anymore. I most definitely will use them again.
Cody with Big Tow Wrecker Service was great. Handled himself professionally. Despite how busy he was, from the moment he answered our phone call, to the moment he pulled off with our car, was less than 10 minutes or so. It was a very quick and professional 5 star service for sure. Also had the best pricing hands down.
They were very prompt, got to us quickly. Joe the driver was very polite and made us feel like we had known him all of our life. Got us to a garage and then to a hotel. All of this while the outer band of hurricane Helene was dumping rain like crazy. This was on Thursday around 4pm. We had to stay till Saturday because of all the destruction but that was ok, we were safe. That Saturday morning Cody had Joe to load up our truck, because we could not get it fixed due to the power outages , and take us home. We were about 4 hours from home. They made our experience less stressful. The garage they took us to was Carolina Auto. Frank and Sadie the owners were very helpful also. These guys called and gave me the best price around, no issues, they were super quick, friendly, and helpful and answered all my questions they took care of my vehicle making sure not to damage it and make sure it was properly secured. The process to pay was very easy too. Nice company worth every bit of the 5 stars I am giving them.

Neighbor had both sets of keys in car to cool car for dog. Ignition was running and when she shut car door to retrieve her dog, the car doors automatically locked. I cannot thank Big Tow enough for how great they took care of me today!!! My key fob had been missing and I was towed to where I needed to be to get another one. They were quick, efficient and friendly. This is the kind of service that deserves all of the clientele. Dispatch was so kind and helpful when we were in a tough spot. Good Sam was giving us the run around and big tow told us they could be their in 15 minutes. We were on a road trip and broke down. Dispatch even recommended an amazing shop that helped get us back on the road.

Just literally had Cody here to tow our van to the mechanic. At 7am, my husband went to leave for work and the van wouldn't start. Charged up the battery, still nothing. Had a tire blowout on my fifth wheel. Coming back from Ridge Road campground outside of Augusta, Georgia. Called a lot of companies and nobody could help me out. When I called big toe, they were out within 30 minutes. All I needed was a lift my camper to put on a new tire. The guy was quick knowledgeable and we are in and out in about 15 minutes. They only complaint I have is how much it cost. 270 dollars later we were back on the road.

OMG!!! Thank you Tim! you’re a life saver!!! My alternator belt came off and i was stuck under the overpass of 520…well I called Big Tow and they came to my rescue..they did just that. Within 15 minutes Tim was there (who does that?!)got me loaded and ready to go to a shop they trust (mind you I have know clue about Augusta), but as he was hooking up my vehicle, His professional demeanor put me at ease as he thoroughly did his job. He also made me feel better by explaining that the shop would be closed but not to worry because they are top notch. I’ll tell you this (i’ve got them on lock) you can’t ask for a better towing service. wish they were in the area i live because if I need towing it would be from them. end of story….
Big Tow was not the first service listed on Google, but after the receptionist said that she had NOBODY who could help me, I'm glad I reached Cody. My recovery was a boat and trailer stuck near an easement. After hearing this Cody said he'd be there in 3 mins..... And he was! I took longer explaining the situation than it took for him to reach me. After a little problem solving, having to rig his wrecker to accommodate, I was unstuck and back on the road. Professional, courteous, & reasonably priced. This guy is the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
