I used to love this store. I don't know what has happened in the last year or so but the customer service could not have gotten any worse. All of the employees seem like they do not want to be working there. They're miserable. On their phones every time I go there. They always have to order what you need.. the shelves look empty. My guess is they must have had a change in management or ownership. Now last night I stopped by on my way home from work and I see that they're now closing at 5 pm? How are working people supposed to shop there now? I try to shop local but I'll have to send my business to O'reilly's. Seems like they care more about being there for their customers than my old go to Napa does.
NAPA Westerly was super helpful when I needed a battery for my car. Debbie helped me choose the right one and made sure I got a great price. I will definitely be coming back!
The new NAPA store is bigger and much nicer. Its sweet with great customer service. I will be back :) Go grocery shopping and get some auto parts store at the same time lol
The clerk helped me with my rear windshield wiper. At first neither one of us could get it attached. Finally I said that she could keep trying while I go next door for some groceries. Told her I would check back in a little while. Turns out that the model I paid for was not the right one for my car. The clerk came and FOUND ME in the market (who even does that?) to tell me that she swapped out the product at no extra charge and had finished the installation for me. Don't tell me I got cheated. She did all this for a $13 sale. Totally super nice. Will go back in the future
Awesome service. Had the wiper blade I've been looking for and I'm not sure of his name but I do know it was my friend Emylies brother that put it on for me. Thank you again! And it's not because he knew I was friends with his sister. We talked about that walking yo my car. I'll be back!
Very disappointed they have short hours on Sunday. Even more disappointed because I called in and confirmed a parts availability and said I was on my way and the representative decided not to mention they were closing early.
Great local family owned business. A staff that actually knows parts and is always helpful. There are multiple places in one area to get parts, there's only one where the employees try to help you.
