After visiting the location on cottage Ave and being refused service because they were under staff with 3 employees at the store and no customer insight whatsoever I took a trip to the location on Newport Ave in Rumford and was met by Adam who was by himself and he was able to run the diagnostic test for me. Adam thank you once again! Appreciate you!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Jesus at the Rumford store. Initially went to Autozone looking for a rear wiper blade for my vehicle. I was given the wrong wiper blade twice. I walked into O'Reilly's, told Jesus what I needed and within 5 minutes was cashed out and had the wiper blade installed. This store will be my go-to from now on.
I shop in this store and I wonder why Google doesn’t allow us to give 20 starts ! They are super helpful, knowledgeable and funny ! The manager Mr Jesus and his staff I are out of this world ! No matter what issue I bring with my cars, he troubleshot for me.

The workers I encountered this week were the kindest most helpful ever ! They helped me find everything I needed & were extra helpful in the process !!
I went directly there after checking oil and finding out that I had none, NONE in my engine . I brought a 5 quart bottle (35$) to the cashier and handed him a 100$ bill . The cashier told me that they didn't have enough money to give me change on my bill n offered me no recourse on how to purchase the oil , no offer to give me a quart or two , nothing . Last I checked cash is still legal tender and he mentioned not doing much cash business as a reason why it was my fault . When I informed him I was gonna leave a bad review, his smug buddy said " Thank you " in his best ' my parents voted for trump ' tone.... Screw this particular store , do not recommend

Worker named charlie with short hair looked at me and laughed every single time I walked by him in the store. Charlie also told my boyfriend and I “boot it or lose it kids” while we were speaking to someone. Another worker that was at the front who was wearing a hat, CJ, was extreme helpful and polite.
Shout out to the three kids working at O’Reillys in Rumford who were REFUSING to let my boyfriend, who has been up all night preparing for the snow and plowing, buy a HEATER for his machine because he didn’t have a mask on. Then preceded to tell him they were going to call the cops!! An actual thank you to the man who provided him with a mask so he could continue to work hard for the next two days in the snow.

My car didn’t pass inspection bring to Mechanic shop they want almost $2000 to do the work! Eddies at O’Reilly he help me and walk me through steps also get me the right parts and tools to do the job done under $500 and pass MA inspection “exhaust manifold catalytic converters .” .. thank you EDDIE!
This Rumford location is amazing. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable and they always offer to help out. I went previously to get my front license plate re-attached - the gentleman who helped me came out and installed it all for me. Today, I needed to get my headlights replaced (oddly enough they burned out simultaneously) and the manager, Shawn came out to help me install them. Thank goodness he did - we had a hell of a time trying to get the caps off to get to the actual lights.....spent a good 10-15 minutes and a lot of strength and elbow grease to get them unscrewed! SO thankful!
I needed a tire pressure sensor for my 2006 Nissan Altima, the battery in them or the aluminum case only have about 10 years in them. In, out, got the replacement, they don't make OEM anymore. Hoofed it back to Townfair Tires and they installed it at no cost.

Great autopart store. Prices are so so, but sale prices are pretty good. The location I visited in Rumford RI opened recently and the store is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the correct part I needed for my car. Price was comparable to what I'd have paid online at Amazon, so I was happy. Nice to have another chain competing with the others chains present locally, since competition is good for the consumer!
