Call and made a deal on a car for cash and then the time comes that we agreed on and he blocked my number at the last minute. Very poor and unprofessional.
Sketchy seller! Found a motor that Al had on Facebook and messaged him about it on a Friday. I asked him if it was available and how many miles were on it. He told me 140 and that it hadn’t been pulled from the car yet and would be pulled on Monday. I asked if I could come take a look just to verify mileage and he stated the cluster was gone so I wouldn’t be able to see. I then asked if I could come hear it run and he said ignition was gone. I then asked if I could just come look at it in person and he stated no one was around but assured me he would get me photos within a few hours. He then messaged be at midnight and said he will get photos tomorrow. Saturday came and by noon I asked if he would still be able to get me photos. He didn’t answer. I asked him again later and he just removed the listing. I then reached out by calling him and he stated it was gone. Also when I mentioned that I was looking for a motor with a warranty he stated he would give me a piece of paper with a letterhead stating that he would warranty it but can’t give a legit one because his business is not actually legit? He kept telling me, “don’t worry I do good business. I’m not trying to screw anyone”. And was pressing that I Google his number to see his reviews. (We all know you can just have friends go on and leave reviews.) Would have been happy to work out a deal and the price point he had told me was cheaper than the rest so that’s why I wanted to verify motor was good and put eyes on it. The point of this review is to be weary of the seller. Seemed very sketchy and had a bunch of excuses when trying to verify the motor is good.
Was very helpful in assisting on the tow and scrap of my car, I’m in CT and had a car stop working in Mass. He was fast on responding and everything went really smooth even though I’d returned home. Did the best deal he could for my Old car and I’d highly recommend.

Al came to my house with his nice new truck to remove a vehicle that had been sitting. He paid the exact amount we agreed on the phone.
