Had a breakdown on the highway. I called and was told they would be there in about an hour. They were there within 30 minutes and I was on my way! Great customer service, very respectful and knowledgeable.. highly recommended!!

Called for a tow. They said 30 minutes never showed after multiple calls they insisted it would still be a few minutes about an hour and a half later we had another tow company pick us up thankfully, especially in the sweltering heat. These guys also go by bill’s towing, heads up.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They told us the wait time would be 30 minutes and me and my wife waited over 2 hours with the heat over 90 in a UV index over 8. Eventually Coventry Police identified the situation of a broke down vehicle, as well as my pale tone because I have kidney failure as I told the dispatchers of this towing company. After the police had a tow come and loaded up our vehicle we pulled out of the Coventry animal shelter to the right and passed by Ras scrap metal and rebuildable Auto parts, and notice the tow truck driver that we were waiting hours for pulling out of that parking lot. He put selling scrap metal ahead of me and my wife's prepaid tow and safety. The owner called me back to talk about the situation but now refuses to answer any calls and when I try to call back the dispatchers claim to be him but are not, and then the dispatcher's girlfriend claims to be an answering service but has no intentions in passing along the message of following up the conversation that me and "bill" had earlier.
I understand I'm a Google guide and that this review will be on top and I am proud of that. Do yourself a favor and call twin City towing at Warwick Auto body. They showed up in less than 10 minutes for real.
Bill, when you see this review I encourage you to call me back as you have my phone number and I eager to finish the conversation of the resolve that we started earlier. But as you don't receive my messages or call me back this review will stand. This company also has a pseudo name as Bill's towing they seem to keep changing their name to avoid negative reviews on google. If you look up Bill's Auto you will see the negative reviews match similar to this company.
Great company, showed up promptly,Mike "the tow truck driver" is a very experienced skilled driver. Broke my ball joint, tire basically fell off my truck. Mike towed my truck home without any further damage. I highly recommend this company.
I called and they never came to tow my car when they said they would I was waiting and waiting and called back and they hung up on me and never answered my call again. If they were not able to do it they should of just said it, instead of having me wait two hours for nothing and blocking my number. Worst service ever.
This company is shady, they don’t have anything to identify themselves with on their trucks…. This listing must be spam. Beware this is not a legitimate business.
These people are very bad when it comes to keeping their words. The person i spoke to told me a different price and then they pull this shade card. Not professional.
The tow truck driver was super nice he even let my husky sit in the front with us on the way to the auto shop. They showed up on time. Recommend this place for sure
Amazing towing service! The gentleman who towed my daughters car was extremely helpful and polite. I called this towing company for my daughter since she couldn't figure out where her car was broken down at, so he called her directly and walked her through dropping a pin on her maps and texting it to him. He met her at her car relatively quickly - she was quite impressed. Overall, they were extremely helpful and really made my daughters day a whole lot better. Thank you so, so much!
The guys here had great customers service were very courteous and helpful when I broke down on the side of 95. They got me safely off the highway quicker and cost me less then any other tow company I called.
If I could, I would actually leave a 0 star service. My father's car died in the middle of the highway and the first place I called was this tow truck service (around 6pm) and whoever picked up the phone was sooo rude. I was panicking already so he just made everything worse. Not only did he say it would take more than an hour to get to our location (cranston to providence) but he hung up on us because my father said first that he was going to pay with a credit card but changed his mind to pay with cash. The guy just made a grumpy sound and hung up the phone. I called back and he sent us straight to voicemail. Needless to say DO NOT call this place when you have an emergency.
Had my car flatbedded from RI to CT, was overall a great experience. Employees were very kind and helpful. Very quick when it comes to response time. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 5/5.
Called the tow company at 10:37pm to say i needed my car towed. First of all the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me when i called to ask for help. Had no other option so i still needed a tow so he said he would be there “now to an hour.” An hour goes by waiting in the cold and no one has come yet. Tried calling them about 10 times after an hour went by and it went straight to voicemail every time. Don’t know if they planned on leaving me stranded there but thanks a lot. Had to call another company after waiting for you for an hour and a half.
We were SO grateful for these folks ... there in under 20, professional, and really nice. From PA and broken down, we expected a nightmare; so glad it ended up being far from!
In today's society of getting taken to the cleaners by the big boys, nice to know there are still some ethical ones out there and REASONABLY PRICED!!! The one the State Trooper Recommended/pressured me to use was ABSOLUTELY crazy. I don't think he was none too happy I found this guy. Saved me big time both for the job and the $$$.
I was sitting forth and long on the side of the highway with a deadline to meet. They actually towed me and my pickup truck to my destination to make my delivery, THEN towed it to the service shop that does my work!
Not sure of the guy who did the tow, but he reminded me of Shrek! Nice guy, helped me unload my truck. Would use again.
So they told me 45 mins wait i ended calling another company after calling them multiple times after i canceled the appointment they were 2 mins away from my location after i been waiting for 1hr and 30 mins and somehow its my fault
