This place is a bunch of crooks they don’t care about the public or your situation… I had a motorcycle stolen from me in CT a year in a half ago on Saturday the police called me at 2 pm and told me the recovered my bike in RI and it was taken to coastal towing, so after calling them 23 times with no answer I sent an email I received a call back about 45 mins later stating they had my bike so I asked if I could come pick it up right now to avoid any type of fees just in case (thinking since my motorcycle was stolen and none of this was my fault that I wouldn’t have to pay or at least not a lot) that’s when I was told that I couldn’t come pick it up until Monday and that it was 35$ a day so I asked the guy if he thinks that that’s right he then tells me he’s just an answering service and hung up on me as you can imagine when I walked through the door and realized the guy who hung up on me wasn’t the answering service but was the guy I was speaking to. but that’s not even the worst part. The worst part is while I’m in there trying to get my bike out he tries charging me for an extra day and then charges me $125 on top of whatever he was charging me for the storage fees for a tow fee on a motorcycle that was stolen from me and transported across state lines not to mention the way they were looking at my wife was like they were animals this place needs to be investigated And if this is the type of businesses, Rhode Island police departments are using for their towing. I question them too.
Jimmy guarantees his work, and he is a man of his word! If you are looking for that unicorn of an honest, decent, and totally friendly auto repairman, look no further.
I took my car to Coastal Collision last year for a big repair. Great job. A year later, a headlight needed replacing, which apparently is a big deal (and expensive) on a modern Mazda. I took it to him because I trusted him, and once again he went above and beyond with all kinds of complications, in a major heat wave, and delivered - and managed to get it covered by insurance. I am so grateful!
Had my first real car accident yesterday. My car was basically totaled and I was quite shaken. Jamie was great! He was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!
This is a very difficult time when you get hit and the shock of the event happens seconds after the incident. Coastal Collision was on scene and was helpful in detailing the process. I truly felt the compassion and I decided to have them assess the damage. They were upfront and clear that the car was damaged beyond repair as some shops will attempt to fix in order to get paid. Ryan worked very hard itemizing the parts list and labor for repair. Also outlining the process and educating me what were the next steps. It’s hard to find a company that has staff that care about the best interest of the customer. Thanks again for all your help and will refer my friends and family for future business.
Driver was their extremely fast great service. Driver took great care of my car during loading and unloading since I have a low car. I would highly recommend this company for all towing needs.
The driver (Jack) was extremely nice and very helpful throughout the whole process. He was nice enough to give me a ride to the location that my car was going to instead of having to call an Uber.

I can't say enough good things about! I was stuck on the side of the road after my car overheated, and I was feeling pretty panicked. I called them, and they were there in less than half an hour! The driver was so chill and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. They towed me to a nearby shop and even gave me some tips on how to prevent it in the future. Seriously, lifesavers!

This place is absolutely hands down the best place to get your car fixed, Ryan and jimmy have been nothing but patient, understanding and amazing. I got into a car accident in September and the insurance adjuster took over a month to go look at my car and than finally they got to work on my car and get it back to where it was before the accident and let me tell you when I went to pick up my car I almost cried, they did an amazing job and the guys over at coastal are all great. I am not an easy person to deal with and for Ryan and Jimmy to deal with me and all my headaches that says a lot, thank you Jimmy and Ryan and the guys at coastal collision for fixing my car and also dealing with me lol. I appreciate you guys more than anything. I would definitely recommend coastal to family and friends.
Jaime was the Best tow tuck driver I’ve ever had in the past 20 plus years of my life even with the limited space he still managed to place my car into a parking lot i was flabbergasted on how good of a job he did definitely recommended
I was sent here to get my car fixed after an accident. The owner is a nice guy but the work done on my car was a disaster. After 1 1/2 years the area that was repaired was literally cracking. At first I thought it was just paint until my mechanic told me it was a structural error and whoever repaired it didn't do it right. I reached out to the owner cause he was nice guy the first go round but instead I got the manager Ryan who said he's familiar with the problem because a lot of people has been coming back for the same reason because the mechanic that is now fired did a bunch of faulty work on other cars I wasn't the only one. I informed him that my car is already being fixed is there any way we can come to some type of agreement for Coastal Collision to cover it and he said okay let me call you back after I speak with the owner. He calls me back and said you need to go pick up your car and bring it here. I informed him the car is already being fixed and repaired and he's like well tell them to stop. I let him know I live in Boston and is there going to be a rental for me because that should be covered and he told me I need to be grateful because they could've totaled my car and they saved it. What does that have to do what the problem at hands I have no clue. I asked to speak to the owner and he said yeah and hung up.
After speaking with the owner I still have to come out of pocket $700 for faulty work that they knew was going on but didn't inform any of the customers whose car was worked on by him. I even tried to compromise with them and say at least give me half and they said no so now I have to through insurance because 8600 was given to them to repair a car that wasn't repair correctly. They didn't try to compensate or help in anyway but to say bring the car back to us. My car is fixed and after that type of faulty work I would never trust them again. Be careful when working with them because this could've ended really bad for me had I not taken immediate action. The fact they knew and didn't say nothing to the customer or have them come in shows me not to trust them. NEVER AGAIN. Ryan shouldn't be a manager if he doesn't know how to speak to customers
I broke down late at night, and Coastal saved the day. Their tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was kind and professional. At the shop, they explained everything clearly, fixed my car fast, and even touched up a scratch I hadn’t mentioned. Great service, honest pricing, and a team that truly cares. Highly recommend!
Shady pricing that changed when I spoke to different people. REFUSED to give a receipt when payment was made. Closes at 12p on Saturdays and HARASSED me HARD trying to sway me to let them keep my car an extra 2 days (since theyre closed Sunday) because since they dont have someone who stays at the office, they didn't want to send someone over at 11:30am (more than enough time to take my money and give me my keys). It was instantly evident to me why they didn't want to come when the same man that towed my car the previous night showed up actively smoking weed in his car with some girl in the passenger seat.
I was rear ended and chose Coastal Collision on recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff great and patient, the detailing job they did on my SUV was fantastic! They even cleaned inside my headlights! Most importantly, I had a Wall-e decal on the lift gate of my trunk which was going to be replaced and we joked that it probably couldn’t be saved. I figured I’d just buy it again. However, when I picked up my car the sticker was there! They had gone out of their way to find it on Amazon and apply it! Simply amazing, talk about going above and beyond. I was touched. Would recommend and will definitely go back (though I hope I don’t have to!)

We have used Coastal Collision a number of times over the years. This visit was for a small job. Passenger side mirror was smashed -- a hit and run. Thankfully, only the mirror was smashed with some scuffs on the housing. Within five business days, the part was ordered and installed. To my surprise when I picked up the car, not only were the black scuff marks removed from the side mirror but other scuffs on the bumper and side door were buffed out and the car was washed. I was so surprised. When I saw my 2016 Camry it looked new. I've always been please with service and repairs but this time I was so surprised and appreciative that they took the time to clean up the overall appearance of the car. I thanked Ryan. I highly recommend Coastal Collision. If I could give six stars I would. Over and above my expectations!
I highly recommend Coastal Collision Auto Body Repair in Pawtucket, RI. A woman driving her car on a narrow street in Providence hit my parked car. She was honest in leaving a note and her phone number. My mechanic suggested I take my car to Coastal Collision. Everyone on the staff of Coastal Collision was a pleasure to interact with. The staff are very professional and courteous. They helped me deal with the woman's insurance company and getting a rental car, which made a stressful situation less stressful. The repairs to my car are excellent. My car looks brand new!

I have been taking my cars to Coastal Collision for years. The body work is excellent and my car is always returned looking like new outside and inside as they always clean the interior. The owner, Jimmy is personable and professional. They take over dealing with the insurance company, the adjuster and the car rental company which alleviates so much stress after an accident. Lauren works the office and is great as is all the staff. Jack, who drives the tow truck is the best. If anyone needs help after an accident, I always recommend Coastal.
