Absolutely great service on my Audi S7 way better than the Audi dealership and at a fraction of the price. Victor handled the notification to my warranty company and informed me of my available options. I went forward with the option that was best suited for me. Once the authorization from the warranty company was issued, Victor and his team repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Also, it was a pleasure speaking with Nate (Sales Manager) during my visit. Great shop run by good people. All the techs know their stuff, and Victor and Anthony are really cool, down-to-earth guys. You won't go wrong taking or buying a car here…. Is what I would like to say… not even a month in it was leaking coolant from the thermostat, had to call several times to reach Victor. “We fixed it” is what he will probably reply. Doesn’t get rid of the fact that he sold me a car that was leaking coolant. Then a month in, cars engine started making a knocking sound. Again few days to get contact with Victor. They say he’ll call back, nothing. Get him on the phone, finally I bring the car in, he tells me HIMSELF it sounds like a bad lifter. Yeah he admits it, and still has the audacity to say he won’t cover it. He said he’s willing to work with me on MAYBE half or advises me to go purchase (out of my own pocket, after I just gave them 3k down payment, and while the car is still under the warranty they provided) an extended warranty. Left the lot with 126800 miles. There’s 128371 miles on it now as he just told me he can’t do anything for me because “it’s just a sound”… I’m still well under the 3000 mile warrenty. I added the media for you all to judge for yourself. Everything they so called did for me is null and void, what type of shop tells you to keep running the car on a bad lifter? Beyond me. Long story short I’m fixing it myself after just buying the car.
Very long story short, Victor is not only a very nice guy but he is great with weird issues that are hard to diagnose. My normal mechanic(brother in law) sent me to him after he spent a lot of time trying different things. For the first time in 30+ years he was baffled. He referred me to Victor. That’s the end of my story!

Accurate Auto Center is my preferred choice for any kind of diagnosis and repair for my BMW after my recent, and first, experience when I was having a couple codes popping up and triggering a service check.
Victor and his team were easy to work with and kept me updated on what was needed. They were honest and trustworthy in letting me know what was not needed when I asked about doing another service since my car was already being serviced. That means a great deal to me.
In the end, my repair needed to be authorized by my warranty company, and they handled it quickly for me. They went above and beyond and I’m glad I chose to bring it to them. They are the best around and costs were very fair for the additional brake work I requested to be done while there.

I don't write any reviews, but this was a must-do! I contacted Accurate Auto via a recommendation from another mechanic -- That says a lot in its itself! Victor and his team were a life-saver and I could not be more pleased with the care they provided! I took my car in for service for what I assumed would be a transmission problem. Instead he looked outside the box and determined the problem was a few cilinders and spark plugs -- a much less costly endeavor!! At the conclusion he provided me with a thorough breakdown of what was needed to have my aging BMW function best in the long run. I have been to many mechanics, much less skilled and it was painful to say the least. I highly recommend Accurate Auto Center. They are to the point and honest! A very important quality indeed! The message on my screen said Drive Train and my car would not shift into gear, I had a extended warranty and thought I was covered it was not, only for a partial part of my car issue, Victor worked with the warranty company back forth and the bottom line Victor came through for me, Not the warranty Company.Victor knows his stuff about cars.We called him a lot on updates and he always got back to us on the process of the maintenance.

I live close to Accurate Auto and called one day to make an appointment to have all new tires replaced on my Land Rover, I spoke with Victor and he told me to come in that Friday. He offered me to drop it off the evening prior and he assured me it would be stored inside and the work would begin first thing the next morning. We also had a “noise” that we asked him to investigate. Our vehicle was ready Friday afternoon and we took a trip to NH. We always feel safe and trust Victor along with all his staff and technicians. Typically I have always serviced my Volvo at a dealership nearby. I recently had some maintenance issues with my car and my normal go-to dealership did not have availability for another 4 weeks due to limited staffing. I had the suspicion that there was an issue with my rotors, so because of safety concerns it was important to me that my car be looked at sooner rather than later. My normal go-to dealership had suggested Victor at Accurate Auto and I am so thankful they did! Not only was he quick to get me in, but he was able to identify the issues and fix them the same day! He even suggested I come back within a few thousand miles so he could double check a small concern he had with the way my brakes were wearing. Thanks so much to Victor and staff!
