Spent 100 dollars on Mobil 1 oil and filter. Got home, drained the oil on my truck only to find out they sold me used oil. Called manager who refused to help even though I live 5 minutes away. Had to call corporate. Corporate forced them to make it right and deliver me new oil since my truck couldn’t move . Absolutely pathetic and lazy customer service at store level. A total joke.

Jose and Aizek made my night and helped me out of a massive jam. My wife’s car battery needed to be replaced unexpectedly at 7 pm. I called Autozone expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done before tomorrow, but they were able to replace the battery and get our car running immediately. I don’t know what I woild have done without these guys. 100% recommend this place without hesitation, they’ve earned my business going forward.

Jose made my day 100% better, when I initially called there was miscommunication on whether there was a part in stock. I live 30 minutes away and having a really bad week so when I got there and Jose told me they didnt have it in stock I honestly flipped my lid. Not my proudest moment but everyone has their days. Jose followed after me when I stomped out and told me he was going to have someone look for the part. My darling boyfriend handled the transaction from there as I made a phone call in the car. They actually had found it!! And it was the key part in fixing my car. Now shes back on the road with no issues!! Thank you all who helped look for the radiator fan. I appreciate you all.

I recently went to Auto Zone and I was able to have a wonderful experience with Ivonne. She was very sweet and made me feel very welcome, she was able to get me all the parts I needed. Very impressed with the employees here.

please remember to put American speaking individuals in the stores. It took me forever to get my water pump it seems like you had to speak Spanish to get to the front of the line this particular store needs more American speaking staff. The man behind the counter gave me an attitude. Very rude I will be going somewhere else from now on I have two cars I'm constantly doing work to them. That's the price for having older nice cars. but at least if I'm going to spend money I shouldn't have to deal with somebody else's problems.

Walked in there and was immediately assisted by Tyler, the man with the long beard. He could not have done more to make me feel taken care of and helped. I don’t know what these other customers are talking about and personally think there must be some type of agenda against this man. Free the boy

I had a great time getting my battery replaced, but the annoying chain smoking worker who likes to pawn off his work and tell his employees to hurry up needs a chill pill. Dude takes more cig breaks then actually working

They refused to replace my battery because it is too cold outside. The guy talking was aggressive and didn’t even try to show that he cares. Told me to buy it from them then do it myself or go to a mechanic shop to remove my old battery and put the new one. Went to O’reilly and they were very nice, gave me a new battery and replaced it for me in 15 min. Looks like many other reviews recently are saying the same about customer care in that autozone shop. I know where to go next time I need something for my car.

I waited 20 minutes to buy a small battery for my car key. I was one of 2 customers in the store and the store had just opened. While the worker struggled while doing a return, the manager on duty was too busy in the back, eating his breakfast. Finally came out when the worker went back and got his lazy behind.

Honestly the worst customer experience i have ever had, the Manager lady needs to chill out! She is extremely rude and has a bad temper she shouldn’t be working there! Also all the staff members just don't care about their customers. Im never setting foot here again!

Zero stars!! My daughter was treated horribly by Tyler! She went in asking for a simple engine light check. He made her feel awful, was extremely rude and said if she needed anything fixed she couldn’t afford him! Yelled at her that he couldn’t help her because his scanner wasn’t working. As if she could have known that. I am very mad with this situation! I will NEVER go in an auto zone again! She immediately went to another auto store and was helped and treated with respect!

if i could give 0 stars i would. staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly. especially if you get the guy with a long beard. advanced auto is better, especially for women. went there right after, very nice and helpful.

No stars if I had a choice, I went to go get a diagnostic/code reader for my car and I patiently waited for my turn to be spoke to and taken care of. When it became my turn in line, the guy in customer care with the guages on gave me such an attitude and slightly slammed his hand on the desk when he asked for the model of car I had, as if I was giving him rocket science hard issues when I told him the model and then he proceeds to walk away and tells the other customer care person that I didn't know what kind of car I had when I was clearly stating the kind of car I have and even showed him the model, I literally had the VIN number in my hand as well if he didn't believe me. Then no one even acknowledged me after the first guy walked away, I then had to leave peacefully, but it was such a horrible experience. I would never go back.

It seems like companies are starting to hire the right people for the job. Not just anyone that applies for it. I'm glad to see this and everyone else should follow through. Very good customer service. So I bought an item here that was a disappointment and didn't perform as intended for whatever reason and was told that there was no return or refund after the item was open yet the management lady was understanding and offered to refund when she didn't have to. And she turned disappointment and a big loss into relief, and for that, I thank you kindly and have my thanks.

Returned unused item WITH RECEIPT and asked for cash back, which I am entitled to, with receipt. Untrained associate said could only go back on card. The money has not been returned to my account and when I returned item with receipt at same chain, different location, it went immediately back to my debit card. Management will do nothing to accommodate a regular patron and I will take my business elsewhere. I also called back and asked for a confirmation/authorization # on the return paperwork and was told there is not one!! EVERY CARD TRANSACTION HAS A CONFIRMATION OR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!! The employee's are not trained well and management is not acconmodating AT ALL!!! I highly recommend you do not go to this location!!! Update: CORPORATE IS JUST AS UNHELPFUL, UNEDUCATED AND IGNORANT AS THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEE'S!!! MISSPELLED EMAIL BACK TO ME NOT EVEN ADDRESSING MY CONCERNS!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO ANY AUTOZONE AT THIS POINT!!

I went to this store looking for engine oil cooler lines. I shopped at a competitor and received 2 lines that had to be ordered and both were opened previously and returned, but they were identical lines in different part number packages. This store had 2 of each part number in stock so I was able to match up the one I needed with the help of Ruben and be on my way back to the competitor to return the one I didn't need. This job couldn't have been completed on time without the parts in stock at this store, or Ruben's patience and assistance in grabbing the parts so we could match them up.

I go to O'Reilly's, employees standing around doing nothing and not one could ring me out...Everyone standing around taking...waited for awhile at the register and then some women came over with an attitude...I'm so sorry I inconvenienced you on a Saturday in the middle of the day...My mistake to think you wanted sales, won't happen again...Like I said go somewhere else. You'll get better service. This wasn't the first time socializing was more important than the customer...

Went in to check my engine light code, at first they couldn’t “go to customers cars and that I would need to do it myself” I was fine with doing so, but as I go back inside to receive the print out, one very nice man it will just be a minute, which again I was fine with. He asked DIANE if she could give me the print out and she proceeded to tell me “well she can come down here and get it” very rude and unprofessional all about a piece of paper.

Absolutely miserable experience. Poor customer service. You cannot pick up a ln order paid for online in-store. They treated me like I was a thief. Then when I contacted their district manager, she was unpleasant and rude as well.
Go to Advanced. I have never had these problem with them, they have better prices, and they are much much more pleasant.Aug 14, 2018
