Time and time again I go to this location expecting different results, but nothing changes no matter how many new staff they hire. The staff is always present but not willing to help customers right away as if it’s an inconvenience, even when no customers are in line. The young man gave me an attitude when I repeated myself about returning an item that did not function properly. He refused to refund me and got a manager who did so in about 2 minutes. When he got the manager after our interaction, he spoke spanish very rudely in front of me as if trying to hide what he was saying to the manager. This is the last straw, I will never return to this location and suggest no one go to this location if you are expecting great customer service. If only 0 stars was an option for a rating.

I would go to this location, but I can’t get past the homeless & addicts camped out in the parking lot day in and night, do the police not take notice? It’s so evident, they’re littering all over the parking lot, pitbulls as pets (poor animals) subjected to their lifestyle, how? As a customer do I even feel comfortable to pull in to go in, if the parking lot it being loitered by addicts living in their cars?

Good people and helpful, I do go to them the most. But, they don't always have what I need on hand. That's when I go to Auto Advance, it's 3miles more with alot one ways.

After purchasing the wrong windshield blades for my VW Altas in Warlick, RI - I made a quick stop in to return and replace them at the Auto Zone Store on 262 Barton St. Pawtucket RI. I was welcomed and assisted right off. Impressed is an understatement! This well mannered, energized, kind hearted Oreste S, Assistant Store Manager offered his help in the rain to replace them. He took them out of the package, adjusted them with the tools needed and ensured they fit properly before my journey back home to New Hampshire!!! It was pouring rain and went in to purchase wipers and simply asked if someone could help put them on, the cashier asked the young man next to her and he stated it was a problem because he had to go to lunch. So I left without purchasing and went to advanced auto parts where i bought new wipers and they gladly put them on without hesitation not to mention gave me a great deal that I can go back at the end of summer and get new wipers for free!! So if ur reading this go check it out, no hype! I was completely satisfied.

I can't believe Auto zone would hire some of the employees that are at this specific location worst customer service ever I went in to the store today around 130 pm and it looked like only one or maybe two of 7 or more employees were actually working I asked one of the male employees who was just standing there if he could run a diagnostic on my car he said yes then came with the equipment in hand only to tell me that he is on break and that it would be a couple of minutes I'm a handicapped person and I walk with a cane so as I was standing there waiting I took a look around and every single employee there had an attitude one of the other male employees came from the back and slammed his phone down there was just an unfriendly vibe and negative energy I stood there and waited for about two minutes and no one came to help me so I just walked out and left and not one of the employees tried to stop me or say anything they just didn't care about the customer nor the company bad for business never go to Barton Street Auto zone

I bought a new battery at AutoZone, as mine was soooo old and corroded. Tony was helpful enough to put in the extra time it took to even get the old, corroded, rusted battery OUT, and the new one properly installed. Friendly and helpful!!

This autozone is the best one I have been to! Eddy is an incredibly kind and hardworking person, I could not have changed the headlight myself, but with his help it is working perfectly now! Great customer service! If you are going to a car parts place, this one is the one to go to!

Worst experience then i ever have in my life buying at part for my car in this store, the lady was new and did not know nothing and the other lady tell me to go back did other day because she was busy and was night time after 30 min she finally came to help the new lady and they replaced me the part wich was on limite life warranty they are disaster in the store never go back over there.

The one older gentleman is so nice/Helpful but everyone else working at 3:52 on 06/19 terrible. Obviously do not want to work. No one greets you/says hello to you/offers you help. Go to this one and you are on your own.

Would not even stop leaning on the counter , said there were cheaper ones but didn't elaborate if they sold them or who would. I went to my car and called another store who stated that they had them and he should be able to help put it in. That don't want to help anyone and the guy said he was the manager...now I understand why the store is empty. Never will I go back there. Ever

The two men who actually replaced my battery were super nice and helpful, however Ana the “customer service” rep inside was nothing but rude the entire time. I was asking very basic questions and simply asking for help and got nothing but attitude with every answer. It made me very uncomfortable.

Long time customer of this chain. Went to this store to find a part. That the website and the other hub store I visited said was in stock. We arrived and waited a really long time. The cashier obviously didn't want to be there. The individual also seemed inconvenienced to look up a part. Really surprised to be treated this was. Disappointed.

I went to this store 1st time have a bad customer service in this store I cashier using a text message and handled customer on the counter. Very rude and unfriendly. He is young kid. I had heavy battery on my shoulder and I ask him excuse me brother please let me know where I can drop him. He looking me but not respon me. i sending my this review on all social media now. I m very disappointed . Unbelievable customer service Autozone in puwtaket Rhode Island. On 262 Barton st puwtaket Rhode Island. Even i don't want to give 1 star too

If I could give zero stars to this store I would. These people are more than incompetent starting with the manager. I ordered a Ford F150 oil deep stick on December 30; they said it would arrive the same day in the afternoon and a week passed by and it never arrived, I went a couple of times to fup w/o any success. My mistake was not to ask right away for a refund and I ended up misplacing the receipt as the time went by. I went back to the store to ask for a refund without the receipt and showed the manager in charge the transaction on my bank statement which also they found on their system, but even so, he refused to give me a refund because I had to bring the physical receipt. They failed to do their job and on top of that stole my money.

Will never be back!! Advice: Take business elsewhere!!! Stood in line for ten minutes with three guys behind the register, no one acknowledged me. I waited patiently. Three separate customers walked in front of me all speaking Spanish to the employee as if they were friends then cutting me in line. The customer behind me in line was outraged and walked out putting down his purchase. I waited longer as the employee and customers had conversations in Spanish unrelated to business. After another five minutes of standing there to zero help. I followed by putting down my product and leaving the store. I think it’s crazy that I Personally watched 200$ in sales lost due to poor customer service in only 15 minutes I was there.

For starters not only did they sell me the wrong parts. But when i went to return said part the employee refused return my money and give me the correct part when I asked to speak with management the employee said he was the manager and refused to provide service. Thanks for nothing autozone will not return or recommend!

Terrible customer service! The associate refused to look up a part. Even though I had confirmed online they had in stock before arriving at their store. I even showed him the website showed the part in stock.. I had to go find the part myself and get back into line. The associate was rude because the store was busy and he simply didn't want to help the customers

I would highly recommend Auto Zone on Armistice Blvd. Today as I was leaving work my car wouldn't start. I recieved a jump. I called the Auto zone on Armistice Blvd to see if they could check my battery. I pulled into the parking lot and Called them. Mike G came out and tested the battery. He was able to get a battery for me. I was also pleasantly suprised when he said he could just pop it in. Thank you so much Mike G. You were a life saver!!! I would highly recommend this store. The service was excellent and quick. You now have a customer for life. Thanks again.

This is a wonderful place so far I've noticed. Great customer service. I had my windshield wipers replaced yesterday, and the manager I believe helped me installed them, well he installed himself, I was so thankful for the service.

They were enforcing social distancing which I appreciate. Guy who waited on me was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the people hanging out, cranking the car stereo next to the tracks weren't practicing social distancing. No wonder people are getting infected.

Helpful, but unfortunately, the one thing I did go in for was to have my battery tested & the tester they had was broken but they gave me a printed quote on everything I asked for w/both mid range & high end on all products. Marco was also nice enough to call the cloest auto zone & let them know that I was coming down to have my battery tested so that they would wait. Bad news is I need a new battery & the one I want is quite expensive, but the starter & alternator tested great so that's a good sign atleast. A few adjustments made to my car & it will run like new. Thanks Marco keep up the good work!

Horrible horrible Service. All the workers here are ignorant. Standing around & ignoring customers. Some pointing, laughing at customers. If the execs of Auto Zone seen this the whole staff would be replaced TODAY! It's sad. Jobs that deal with people hands on should definitely hire more personable people. Auto Zone: your cameras are there for many reasons, Use Them!!!
