They did a good job went above and beyond I came in all I needed was my claim number and they had me in a rental stress free in 15 minutes 3-4 weeks later I was back in my car hassle free. Come here to work with professionals.

I had an amazing experience with Pawtucket Auto Body. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. I needed to have my car repaired with a quick turn around and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They finished repairing the car a day early and when I picked up the car I was incredibly impressed. The car looked beautiful. I feel like Pawtucket Auto Body really went above and beyond in helping me. Truly a place that will go the extra mile for their customers.
Unfortunately my experience wasn't what Dominic promised it would be . I should have guessed when I received a random call from a Joe who said they would be great . I had my car at Sunoco 35 Cedar st previously so they helped refer me to them. My accident was in December and to date my car is not completely fixed . Also I hardly never get someone to even answer the phone or call me in advance to give me updates on my car so for these reasons I have to give them 1 star.
The owner of Pawtucket Auto Body kidnapped my car for about four (4) months, to make me to pay extra car rental fee of thousands of dollars. He is a biggest liar and always cheating. Never trust him. He can promise you to pay all the rental fee for the car rental due to his kidnapping of your car in his garage, then later he just refuses to pay. Even he wrote a promise to pay your rental, it is just a lie. He is the biggest liar.
Just do not bring your car to his shop; once you have your car there, your car will be kidnapped forever, and you will end up paying thousands of dollars on car rental fees. They have underground business deal with an auto rental company. I saw the manager of that auto rental company in the Auto Body shop several times, not only in front office, but also in the back corner of the body shop, hiding there. I reported to the city police, but they just do not care about the kidnapping of car. So simply just do not go to Pawtucket Auto Body, to avoid any trouble.
At Exactly 8 am in the morning Brian opened the door, and saw that my whole entire bumper was off of my Subaru Forester due to an accident. As soon as he saw me get out of my car, he proceeded to acknowledge my existence with a kind gentle attitude. They took down all of my information, contacted my Insurance and got a claim so I could get a rental car (Or I would be car less). Literally made my appointment for the next day, and I knew right off that bat that I could trust them with my vehicle. The owner (Dominic )of the business was more concerned about my car/ safety rather than anything else! and now that's what I call a good business! I highly recommend that you call for an appointment, and I'm sure they will try and work with you as well as they can. Ignore that rude comment about treating costumers with disrespect, because I got nothing but respect as soon as I walked in. Thank you for your great service - Eva ( Your new happy costumer ).
