After a stressful hit-and-run (and thankfully locating the driver), they truly made the whole process feel manageable. I just got my car back and you would never know it was ever hit — it looks better than the day it left the lot. So grateful for their professionalism, communication, and quality work. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work these guys did on my car. I brought it in looking like it had lost a fight… and picked it up looking like it just rolled off a dealership commercial. The attention to detail was excellent, the work was top-notch, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. If you didn’t know my car was damaged before, you’d never believe it. Picked up my car today at 382 Collision Center in Pawtucket and was blown away by the absolutely amazing work they did! Even the inside of the car looked fantastic! My wife was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of her. When I picked up the car today, it looked so good, I didn't think it was mine! I wish I could rate them 100 out of 5 stars because they were so amazing! I got rear-ended on 95 and it was my first time ever being in an accident. After bringing my truck, they explained everything to me from top to bottom and treated me like family. A rental car was provided, and they constantly provided updates on my vehicle’s status throughout to whole process. I worked 1 on 1 with the body shop team and owner with my replacement bumper (I went with an aftermarket one), and they knocked it out of the park!! My truck has never looked better and I am absolutely thrilled with the service from everyone at 382. If you ever need a body shop, look no further!!!!!

Amazing Job , very attentive, professional & just all in for their customer. Owner spent time talking to me about my camping trip and enjoyed having a conversation with me . I was very happy to find out my car had been detailed in and out and wanted to personally thank who did it , because honestly my car was filthy ! Thank you so much team for the service you provide , the welcoming feeling . I hope I never have to be back but If I do i know I wont be dissapointed .
The team at 382 did a phenomenal job, after a deer decided to jump on the front end of my car. Communications and scheduling was flexible. Rental services was a breeze. I would recommend and go back for any future problems.
This place was AMAZING! Could not say enough great things about the staff and their work. 382 Collision did an excellent job on my car repairs (2016 Corolla)! They work directly with insurance, so I didn't have to manage any of the back and forth on costs, etc. They manage rentals seamlessly and are quick with repairs and responsive to questions. They also have cars detailed before they are returned, making my older vehicle almost feel like new again. Highly recommend this business.
382. Collision Center did a fantastic job on my Nissan kicks. It went in filthy and banged up. It came out shiny and looking like brand new love them. They do a wonderful job, the girls in the office Liz and Anna, are the kind of ladies you can just sit and chill out and have fun with wonderful wonderful people. Everybody makes you feel very comfortable. Will definitely go back. Would give them more stars if I could!!!!
I can not say enough positive things about our experience with 382 Collision. After a recent car accident with significant damage, we dropped our car off with them and they had it back to us within 3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday window looking better than it did before the accident. They worked with our insurance company and coordinated our rental making it an easy and stress free experience for us. Most importantly, they were kind and professional throughout the whole process. You hope you never need to use an auto body shop, but if you do, I highly recommend 382 Collision.
Not that I love going to a collision center, but these guys are great, and super convenient to home. I had a small front bumper issue on my Subaru. 382 took care of it no time. Can't beat the customer service here. Brought in for 8am. They drove me to work, and car was done in the afternoon same day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again if needed.
John and crew were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. They repaired my Wrangler after an accident and helped to modify it in the process. Highly recommended!

I messed up my front bumper and called John to see if he could fix it He told me to come in and he'd take a look. I came in and he told me he could glue it back for me right there. Got my car back within 15 minutes, even though he told me over the phone that he was backed up. He didn't even charge me for it. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone. All the staff I encountered were super nice and John himself was great. 5 stars!!!
I brought my infinity to 382 after a hit and run at Market basket parking lot. I did not want to go through my insurance company due to excessive surcharges. The other 2 shops I received quotes from were very high and not really interested in a self pay customer. I was told to give 382 a try. I cannot say enough about their outstanding work and professionalism! They worked within my budget and I felt that they were honest and direct from beginning to end of the process. The car looks amazing and when I got into the car, they had detailed it. Without exaggeration, it looked better than when I drove it out of the dealership! My car was involved in an accident and my husband told me about 382 Collision, and that he’s been there and they they did an excellent job on his car. So i took my Toyota RAV4 2019 there and they did a fantastic job. John made the process very fast . Ana gave me a loaner car, and really made everything easy for me.
