After running around to 3 places on my only day l off, I went to Auto Haven for car inspection renewal. My sticker was up at the end of Aug and it was the only day I had to get it done. The man said he was full and I explained my situation and he asked that I come back at 4 pm. I arrived at 330, he sent me to the office where a lovely young lady put my paperwork in. He came in grabbed my paper off the waiting stack n in less then 10 minutes was completed. I cannot thank this man enough for helping me out. I work 55 hrs a week and he went out of his way with a full garage to stop and help me. I just want them to know, I truly appreciate what he did. If I'm in need of any repair. These people have my business.

Went in for a simple oil change and decided to try them out and while they were inexpensive, they almost ruined my entire car. Next time you guys do an oil change, please pay attention and screw on properly the lid of the motor. All my oil was spilling out from the motor and leaving my car empty. Now i had to buy more oil and clean up your mess. Very disappointed
They were very polite and understanding, all my issues were taken care of, and they were very time sensitive, which in my opinion is great! All around great people, great atmosphere, great place to get work done!
I was at O'Reilly purchasing a battery that they could not put in because it was too time consuming. Auto Haven came in to exchange a part and went out of their way to take me to their shop to change my battery without any notice and it was evening time. Excellent service, extremely kind and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I took my car there bc I was having issues with my rear suspension, dropped my car off around 10 it was ready by 12. From the sound my rear was making wasn't a 2 hour job. I was charged 500 dollars for nothing at all. I was told I got new shocks and bearings and something else. Less than an hr leaving I was hearing the same sounds still sounds rough. Took it to Firestone every single peice was original absolutely nothing new. I was completely ripped off. This is 100% true
These guys know their stuff drove my car away from here after towing it to 3 other mechanics and the dealer. Turns out I had a module that had some water damage and no one else could figure out what was wrong. Thanks Sam!
