Be careful, they are a bunch of rude people trying to steal your money. They are selling wrong and refuse to honor their warranty. Please don't go there unless you want to experience rudeness, thief, and unprofessionalism.
Very rude and unprofessional attitude towards their customers. Paying customers as well apparently judging by the other reviews. Dropped off an entire engine at the place and after they hauled it away, told us we were all set and when we asked if they were going to pay us for it, the guy scoffed at us and replied "pay? Ha. No. You're lucky if you get two dollars for that". Every other scrap yard we've gone to in the state compensates at least scrap metal value for parts. Don't go here unless you're willing to dump perfectly good car parts and get laughed at when you make a reasonable request to be compensated for it since you know these fools are going to flip it for a profit and EVERYWHERE ELSE PAYS.
Think twice before you buy there. After part being returned, representative called and start swearing that I can't return undamaged part and will be lucky to get 50% back. Well, not only I'll get all my money back but also a terrible review will be given. Learn how to speak not so classy lady!
Never had a bad experience at all always were reliable and honest sometimes i read reviews that are negative and think are these people even talking about the same place and people i think they are confused cause ive been there a few times now and wouldnt really go anywhere else unless i had to .....
To whom this may concern,
I am shocked at the absolute lack of professionalism shown by Gina after promising me a part delivered on Friday and she doesn't remember anything about it. For the second time she tried to tell me they were "UPSing" the part when I am 9 miles away. She is unable to tell me anything other then it's on the next run but doesn't know when that will be, doesn't know anything about when it may be delivered and is constantly apologizing for your outfit being "discombobulated". If that is the case it would be the manager's issue and she claims to be the manager! When ask to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me.
Her incompetence led to a lost sale from our North Attleboro shop and leaves us wide open to a negative review from our customer not unlike the one you will ultimately receive from us.
Your company has been placed on ATNE's do not call list and will remain there until I have heard from her supervisor.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Treated me and my friends like we didnt know what we were talking about . Yelled at us because we were taking parts off of a car that supposedly was sold, but the owner never told us when we first walked in. If this was the last place to find a part.... I'll walk
