Helped me when I was stuck with a 53 loaded Trailer with a semi truck. , looked impossible to get out but still got me out, Stand up guy very smart and intelligent when it comes to towing great price would highly recommend again.
Absolutely terrible company. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. They convinced me to disposal of my vehicle after I got rear ended. Knowing that the insurance company needs to look at it after an accident. Now I'm not getting reimbursed for damages and I'm left with an outstanding balance for my totaled car that I have to pay even though IM NOT AT FAULT. This place sucks. Never go here.
I recently visited Town Line for an oil change and routine maintenance check, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I wasn’t informed about the ‘minimum hours’ policy. The garage was 22 minutes from my address, plus 20 minutes to bring the machine to our other address, and 12 minutes for the return to their garage, In total, the trip took under an hour, but I was charged for 2.5 hours. Extremely disappointing service!

Top rate service from the call to the pick up and then the drop off. Mike, who apparently is part-time retired, took really good care of me today when my car malfunctioned at the side of the interstate. I can’t thank Mike and the Town Line Towing team enough!
Customer service at Town Line is definitely better than some other towing places from my call to the tow truck showing up was about 45 minutes. Mike was helpful getting me and my car home. The price is a little steep $200 for 13 miles (flatbed)
I won't recommend this company to anyone. my truck got stuck in an intersection and they charged me $720 per hour to just pull the semi out. i called my towing company which they would have charged me way less. but the police department in the area insisted to cancel my towing and brought me this company to rip me off.
Was involved with the little accident the police transported my vehicle my vehicle to town line recovery what what a great place and great people great people they did everything possible to transfer my car to an auto body And I wasn't even worried about vandalism because they locked up securely in their locked yard I would do business with them again thank you not Providence police
The Experience isn't always the best because obviously my car was towed but the lady behind the counter is a sweetheart but grandkids are adorable always nice, kind-hearted person
Everytime i call for a tow they are all ways honest with time and fair with price i been a customer of theirs for years and will continue with their tow service as long as they are in business

The best! when my car was stuck and AAA couldn't get the car out Townline did. Their mechanics are great they really know their stuff... My go to place.
This guys rock, I called them regarding a problem with tenants parking a ilegal vehicle on my property, this guys show up in less then 5 min and help me removing the vehicle within 10 min, the tenants called the police and all but this guy stay and help me through the entire process...
I will definitely recommend this guys, they are my go to people.
Stranded with two children and called for a tow and was very disappointed that the dispatch hung up on me while I got the address of my location. Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who wanted professional, prompt or helpful service when in a jam.
Was violently harassed by a flatbed driver on Christmas Eve. After yelling at me for easing into traffic on mineral spring ave he proceeded to yell at me and threatened to pull over and fight. He then got with me on the highway where he forcefully tried to run me off the road twice. He then got in front of me and jacked on the gbrakes making me skid out of control. All this because I got in front of him in stop n go traffic.
