If you don’t check your parts before leaving this place they will not exchange it or refund your money I bought a hood and I open the cardboard and it was damaged I went back and the manager told me that she is not suppose to exchange it finally she exchanged after a really hard time and the second one was worse thank God I checked and the third one I checked and when I look at it closely was Damage to be careful or you will lose your money check the parts before leaving this place other than that prices are fair Update this business is been improving on customer service

Worst Phone Costumer Service, people might think parts are cheap yet, but sometimes they more expensive than online Ebay or Amazon plus the hassle of calling costumers services and having you wait for 1hr+ and when they pick up, lot of times you don't get to talk to no one and they hang up.

The employees attitude is trash so is the manager, the managers are angry and gave an attitude off rip. Everyone needs to be retrained in basic manners and customer service. After reading their reviews I’m not surprised everyone got a bad attitude, it wasn’t a lady but still terrible service hope they learn and do better the last thing you want to deal specially when you got to spend money to fix your car is people with shitty attitude pretending they are doing you a favor

I bought a bumper last month (5/16/2023) I asked the lady at the front desk for a front bumper for a Honda civic 2016. She didn’t ask for a vin number and nothing else at all, she told me they had it so I bought it. Once I got the actual part it seemed to me like it was too small so I decided to give them a call to make sure and the person on the phone looked my order up and reassured me that I had the part I needed so I took it straight to get a paint job because I needed to switch my bumper as quick as possible. Today I took the piece to get put on and the mechanic told me the part I had, had nothing to do with my car. As someone who obviously doesn’t know much about cars it is disappointing to trust “experts” to sell you parts and then they give you the wrong one. I called today again and said they couldn’t do anything since the part was already painted and it had been a “month” since I bought it today is the (6/3/2024) there is 10 days left in that month. Definitely will not be buying more parts from this place anymore, they need to work on arranging their parts and making sure they are selling the right ones. I was never advice to recheck if I had the right part and I didn’t think I had to since they seem to have a whole system. I’m a broke college student who took months to save up to finally fix my car and to have this happen is such a disappointment.

Stopped in for some needed parts and Colin was very helpful. He found what I needed, was very friendly and well informed about his store, his stock and offered some excellent advice. Rare these days to find someone as knowledge and as helpful as he is. A true gift to the store, they should make him a manager so he could others to he like him.

APO has good prices Some times you have to wait on the warehouse for them to bring your stuff out. There web sight sucks very hard to order parts on line evan with a commercial acount. The two people at the counter are very knowledgeable and have spent many years working in the autoparts industry.I I say that because I know where both of them worked before APO. I have been there when there have been some very difficult custermers ( and thats a polite discription) and they have both handled them accordingly. Theres always them people that no matter how hard you try you just ain't gona make them happy! Dont let the few negitives scare you away.

If I could provide zero stars according to my experience, I would. The lady (who refused to provide her name) at the front desk right now (1/2/24) is the most unprofessional, rude and disgusting human being I have ever done business with. She says she's the manager, and that there is no one above her. I believe she's the manager, however something needs to be done about this. I tried calling the location located on 19 Industrial Lane, Johnston, R.I. However my call was directed to a call center. She's dishonest, and I would like my issue investigated. If someone can reach out to me, I will provide every detail. I am a repetitive, returning customer and there is always an issue with this lady. I have read terrible reviews issuing back several years regarding her unprofessionalism. It's very evident that this lady is the problem. I was informed that they are understaffed, but that is never an excuse to treat your customers poorly. PLEASE reach out to me to have my issue investigated. She's a liar, and a thief!

I always come to Auto Parts Outlet in Johnston for my new auto body parts. Tina(the lady at the counter) has always helped me find what i need and has always been helpful with customers from as far back as i can remember. Colon(new guy) also is also pretty knowledgeable in the automotive industry and good with customers . .. Its hard to find people that take their jobs seriously especially these days so Auto Parts Outlet should be proud to have these 2 as the face of their company

I went to the Johnston, RI location to pick up a bumper and the lady at the front desk treated me as a 3rd class citizen simply because I asked her a question regarding the product. She has has no customer service skills at all. She does not deserve to be in a public service role because she does not know how to treat customers. Besides, if she has no knowledge of the product, she should not be on that role. Customers has questions and the people waiting on the them should be able to speak about it. Rather than having a manic episode like that lady had. If the managers/owners are paying attention to these reviews, you can see that this lady has treated other people with the same disrespect. She should not be the representation of your company. I agree with some of the writers, she is racist and hates people judging by the way she CONDUCTS herself. Not professional at all. VERY SAD. She needs retrain and be sent to a anger management class because she could hurt someone. my visit was on December 5, 2023 before 2pm Eastern standard time. Managers/owners - see who was a the Johnston RI location on this day because she is dangerous. Shout out to Andres in the call center. Professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for ordering the part but I decided to to go with another vendor.

Their Customer service is 100% horrible esspecialy the lady at the front desk.She 100% racist and so rude. She need alot of training asap. I bought 4 part and the guy at the store gave me 2 part which is the headlight and the bumber which remain 2 part. The guy came back telling he gave me all the part while i was still standing in front. Have never experience something like this in my life. You need to hire honest and responsible people to your company. The lady at the front desk was even lieing that she check the camera that he gave me the part. which is a lie. Please if they ask you to come back for you part always let them sign please. Full of liers

Sometimes employees are a little rude and to buy paint you need to wait like an hour plus parts comes with damage a lot of times feels like as a customer you need to turn your head down and take everything they said even if you don’t like it because is the only place with reasonable prices on new body parts good place but ruff customer service

Oh how I love this place. Awesome people great prices they serve you coffee and popcorn and it's fast service really fast you're in you're out really quick and all parts are for all makes and models of cars

Their Customer service is horrible. My boyfriend went there to order parts for his car. He asked the lady that worked there information about the part he wanted to order and she ignored him like he was not there. We will take are money elsewhere.
