I've been going here for years mostly for inspections. Great work fair prices, friendly staff and most importantly honest. My car recently broke down and needed a tow. I called them told them what the supposed issue could be and Keith said don't worry we will take care of you and that they did. With a reasonable turnaround time to fix the issues. They also work with warranties which most place don't.
absolutely horrible shop. a bunch of incompetent people doing work. found a video of one of the co workers pouring beer into an engine of the car inside of their shop. DO NOT GO HERE
Amazing service and price. They totally understand unforseen repairs that come up and try their best to fit you in regardless and get you back on the road. Needed a new water pump. Nicest people in the area and didn't price gouge the heck out of a customer. I think I've found a new mechanic 🫶🏼
I brought my car for my inspection and was told there was a hole in my muffler & in a pipe. I had my mechanic patch the muffler (reinforced with steel) and he said he was unable to find any hole in any pipe. When I brought it to C & C they said the patch had burned right through, and gave me a written estimate to replace everything but the catalytic converter for $683.00. The muffler patch was not burned through, but they said it was leaking from other places and convinced me to have them do the job. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours to complete & they would give me a ride home & pick me up as I didn't live far. I was waiting all day and finally called them before closing and they said they would need it until the next day. I don't think they were going to call me. I called them the next day and they said it was done & they would pick me up & it came to $967.28 (no extra parts). By RI law they are supposed to get prior authorization before doing that. Feeling I had no choice I paid them. I feel like I have been totally ripped off.
Went this morning to get my car inspected after hearing great things about the shop and everything went smooth. Tony took my car immediately and had me out in no time. Staff are really friendly. Making appointments is easy and they get you in right away if they can. They also have the cutest prairie dogs to keep you company in the waiting room! Definitely will be returning for all my vehicle’s needs. If you are looking for honest and friendly mechanics, look no further.

Honest And True on how they do their business and how their treat you on how if you get a better deal somewhere else they don’t have no problem with that but they will always give you an honest price on what you need done.
Had never been here but needed an inspection done on my car so I called them on a Thursday afternoon and was told to come in first thing the following day. Everything went smooth with the inspection and I was out the door within an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need my car serviced. Very professional!
I can only address their advertised RV repair business.
* You cannot make a specific appointment to schedule work - You have to leave your RV for at least a week, waiting for them to get to it.
* While your RV is there, it is in an unsecured location and they do not lock it.
* With respect to the status of any repair, communication from C&C is non-existent, even when they grossly fail to meet promised deadlines.
Always helpful, great service. They service my Rv, it's an oldie but goody. I like how they recommend trying to find cause to save on cost, before just fixing something that could cost $$$$.
Just know, it can get costly, parts are not cheap for Rv"s, labor is expected.
Staff was very friendly and answered all questions and concerns.
Time frame was quick considering they are slammed with repairs.
Highly recommend this bussiness.
They did an oil change and changed my cabin filter on my Toyota truck and were very nice. You can’t beat their prices as Toyota was charging me 3 times the amount.
Brought in a truck that I couldn’t get started to see what the issue was. They ended up fixing the issue without even calling or telling me the problem or cost. Said they “didn’t have my phone number”. I wouldn’t have gotten it repaired since the truck wasn’t worth the cost of the repairs. Thanks for scamming me out of my money. Will not return.
They do great work at reasonable prices. Very honest. They don't overcharge or tell you you need things you don't. I drive more than an hour to take my RVs here cuz I trust that it will be fixed right and for a reasonable price

I brought my 2010 Mazda Cx-7 in as it was making unusual noises. Reggie was in the waiting room, seemingly on his break. He offered to drive the car and diagnose the problem right away.
The next morning, he called me to confirm the work he was going to perform and get my authorization. Five days later, he called me to say he had completed the work.
They took me in at the appointed time, performed my state inspection and got me out in half an hour. They were courteous and friendly, and did not try to upsell any services. Who could ask for more than being honest and nice? I'll be back!
Fixed my truck right the first time. Average cost for repair. It's off the main road a bit where you might see a squirrel or in the waiting room a few pets to keep you entertained while your vehicle is being repaired. A couple of technicians have atleast 40 years experience apiece and can fix any year car, truck or motorhome. And there newest technician I think his name is Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!
Sitting in their parking lot writing this review because I am.so aggravated We have brought our truck and trailer here for repairs. They are a bit high price wise which I can deal with what I cannot deal with is on having to bring truck back 3 times to get issue resolved and now the heater on trailer is still not working even though they called us on 2 occasions to say it was all set. My husband is trying to get them to refund the $ we paid like he said why does the heater always work for you guys but not him. We got an apology but that does not cut it Please rethink having work done by them addendum: so the saga continues my husband went to get his refund for work not done (promised by his employee) he refused to do so. Stating they put in a lot of time working on heater SERIOUSLY!!! See you in small claims court buddy I am not playing. For anyone who thinks we overreact so be it but know this we gave them several.chances to correct things and never happened. They cut wires on the braking system instead of removing unit. Hackers!!!! my husband know how to do mechanical work once again Save yourselves going thru the same issues. They say they can do anything but just know that is a lie
Took my motor home there to have the ball joints greased. They spotted one driveshaft joint had failed which was lucky as I could get it replaced before it did any damage to the vehicle.
Absolute WASTE of time and money. Brought car there for a skip/ hesitation during acceleration. I call them two days later and they say “we rotated your tires, that should take care of your vibration”. Anyone that’s knows anything about vehicle mechanics knows tires have nothing to do with a car hesitating or skipping under a load, not to mention when I dropped the car off I never mentioned anything about a vibration. All said and done STILL CHARGED me and didn’t even remotely address the problem. Wouldn’t bring a weed wacker back there for work. Never mind a vehicle.
If you want to get your brakes done generally with some other repairs you weren’t expecting then definitely use this location. I recently had an issue I called them about after receiving word from another local mechanic that I was having issues with my CVT transmission. They talk a lot of talk and claim to be experts on everything so after four or five days of having my car they came back with the same diagnosis and charged me A rather high fee for getting nothing accomplished when they were supposedly experts. In my past dealings with this company they love to lock people and do easy jobs and generally throw in another costly repair probably not needed just to increase the total sale of the auto repair. They talk the talk but do they really walk the walk is the question... NO
Despite what uhaul computer system says. Apparently this place still does uhaul . This was my original choice for drop off, but between when I left Florida and got to RI, I got a text from uhaul that C&C no longer does uhaul and my drop location changed to Eddie Dowling highway in north smithfield. I had a real bad experience in NS.
I passed by C&C on my way to Greenville. There is uhaul equipment everywhere.
Give these guys a chance and avoid the NS location.
This is a good place to get repairs. Fair pricing and good work. I do my own repairs most of the time, but if it requires equipment I don't have, like front end alignment or ac recharge I bring my car here. I have never been overcharged or sold unnessary service. Job was done on time for the quoted amount. Like I said, I am a mechanic myself so I can spot a thief a mile away. Especially for the ladies who are sometimes targeted as easy marks, this is a place you can trust.
Went in for a fuel pump left with a service engine light they took it in seven times until the 8th time when he said oh your fuel tank is leaking... keep in mind they had the fuel tank off of the car I rolled in there was no service engine lights maybe some rust on the tank but these guys are shade tree mechanics at best... $800 for a fuel pump and I drove all over God's country for my own parts very sad these guys are Crooks.
C & C Garage in Rhode Island is Rhode Island's leader in RV and Camper repair or restoration. These guys have years of experience as camper mechanics and can fix any motorhome that comes their way. Let's face it, motor homes, campers and RV's can have alot of engine problems but these guys can fix any of them. Highly Recommended!
