This is The only auto body shop we will use. The people that work there are nice, respectful and helpful. The rental cars are very nice. When you get your car it is shiny and clean!

We have used Auto Body Concepts multiple times and they always perform great work, professionally and in a timely manner. They always keep you updated and do everything they can to control all costs. Where do I begin, from the moment I brought my car to the shop everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable.As a young adult it truly can be scary trying to get a car fixed. Very pleased with my repair. All work was completed beautifully. The car washed and detailed afterwards. Car had been rear-ended at a stoplight. Back hatch and bumper destroyed. The team at Auto Body Concepts went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend them. My wife's car was damaged after a deer strike and her insurance company tried to low ball her at 10% of the repair costs. April Body Concepts called the insurance company and walked them through a second evaluation and got them to cover the actual cost. They also provided a courtesy vehicle for my wife to use while her vehicle was being repaired. The repairs came out wonderful and they detailed her vehicle on top of the repair.

I can't say enough about the great service at Auto Body Concepts. They did an amazing job on my mini cooper. The rental supplied was perfect....clean, new, and great gas mileage. The whole team there was great to work with from my insurance claim to the great service. Rory was easy to work with and communicated quickly and often. I had some damage on my rear bumper (caused by my stupidity). A small item turned into a larger repair. I contacted the office and Rory got me in quickly to get an estimate. They contact my insurance company and handled everything for me. The car was in their care for about a month. The car was returned, all detailed as well looking like nothing ever happened. Repair looks fantastic. Just like new. Job done in the time allotment promised. On top of that, I was very impressed with an additional repair that they did on the top of the driver door which was not part of the job. There was a paint chip that exposed a black spot.
