The folks here are good people and fair businessmen. They run a large operation and have a huge yard, they provide a multitude of services and substantial volume of materials. I’ve done business with them many times and appreciate the presence that their business brings to the area.
Whatever woman handles phone calls is lazy i ask for a part and the lady didn't even bother checking she just we don't have it hire some people that actually want to work and isn't so miserable
Parts were ready for pickup when I arrived. I had a question about installation and the mechanic stopped what he was doing out back and came to the front office to help me. Very easy to find!
They had the best price in town and described the part in detail with the paint code and everything. The staff stayed in touch until I picked up the order, so my experience was pretty positive all around.
Was welcomed at the door by Mark and he took his time to help me find what I needed and took me to other cars to find other paets....I can't wait to go back
I called and asked if they had a part and they did. I had to pay for the part before they would pull it. He said they would call me when they had the part. Probably less than an hour later they called and it was ready for pick up. I picked it upand and they guys were super nice.
Took (and deposited !) a five hundred dollar deposit for an engine they never had a line on. Had to cancel the check to get my money back. Never do business with these guys, they're thieves.
Emailed them for parts, no response. Went to their place of business, door locked (yes during business hours). Called, no answer. Gate was open, no one around. I get a call back about an hour later and "Alan" was rude with zero customer service skills. I just had one simple question, I didn't think I'd be met with hostility where he couldn't be bothered. I'll take my money elsewhere.
I needed my vehicle, that was junked, picked up from my mechanics location in Fall River and they did it in less than a day and PAID ME for the steel it was worth.... GREAT COMPANY DOING GREAT BUSINESS!!!
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who has a junked vehicle to be picked up free of charge or if you need any auto or body parts!!!! Thank you for everything
What a great business to deal with! Everyone from the counter people to the delivery drivers are so helpful, courteous and willing to help you even with a small part. They are honest about the parts they sell and always on time.

Pleasent men at the counter,The man that helped me carried my part out ,1 complaint - ladies make use you don't have to use the Bathroom on the way there - It's nasty potajohn out the back door bin the junkyard area .
Called to have a car picked up on a friday was told monday morning they would be here and call when they were on there way. I waited called around 1030 a.m monday and was told i would be the next car to be picked up, 3 more hours of waiting i call back and am told the same thing that the next driver would be comming to me within the hour. So now its 330 and i call back to be told all the drivers are gone for the day. I will never use this place again ! What a joke. Unreal when people think that the world revolves around them and my time just means nothing
They suck!!!!!! Guy was rude as hell. He said because it was a little $5 dollar part he couldn't be bothered. He said they have bigger things to worry about. I thought that's what a junk yard is for isn't it? The part I need I can only get from a junk yard. I will never go there or send any one else there. Rude really really rude.
Ive always have had nothing but the best service at tiverton auto. Robbie is a great mechanic and goes out of his way to complete jobs and make you happy overall.
Worst junk yard around! Called for clips 3 hours before I went and I get there they say I have to come back the next day. Then when they do try to get the part they brake 2 of them and I couldn't get it. Last time I will ever think about going there
Dont go here. Use to be really good. They work on your car and give it back to you disgustingly dirty. You pay for repairs to not slop it up. Cigarette ashes, spilled drinks, fingerprints everywhere after having it detailed 150.00 dollars later. Tiverton Motors, Sales and Repairs 541B Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, RI 02878. Also everyday, it is another excuse why your car is not fixed. Took me 8 days to get a leak fixed really. Seriously. Had to take it back for another issue they caused two days later. Complain to the owner and they do absolutely nothing. Everyone has told me to stay away don't go there. Rumor around Tiverton at local coffee shops say stay away. I learned my lesson.
