Called Sanford and Son for a part I needed. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they went out of their way to locate other shops that did have it. Anytime I need parts for my vehicle this will be the first place I look!

She answered the phone with a smile in her voice and guided me patiently through every step. I had many questions along the way, and she had all the answers.
What truly stood out was her kind-heartedness and professionalism. Diane, her husband, and the entire staff made a difficult situation feel manageable. They handled the towing efficiently, and their pricing was more than fair. The service was impeccable from start to finish.

The junkyard business makes most people grumpy and jaded except apparently these people.
They even worked together to help me load a pickup bed on the roof of a station wagon 10min before close on a Friday when most yards would have told me to F off with such a request. I've done business with dozens of junkyards over the years and I have never encountered a staff this friendly.

Diane is my first-call when I need used parts. Both Bryan and Diane are always helpful and it feels like they genuinely enjoy working and helping people out, even if they don't have the part they will go out of their way to tell us where to find something. There are literally no words to describe their kindness. So glad I met these people.
I have always had the best experience here since I was able to drive. (16 now 41) Recently had an accident with my van door. I found my door and a fender here same color! Great customer service, I went in for tires and asked if they had a miscellaneous part that most other junkyards wouldn't even bother to say they have and he ended up grabbing it for me on the house. I'm highly appreciative. Thank you!
I just recently went over to the yard << the owner with a humble smile & his wife ....nicest people . My Toyota parts <> mui reasonable! It's NOT a rip off here. It's a "we know what it's like" you get. Thank You guys <<< I recommend you! Have a great summer.

I was referred to Sanford and Son, LTD by a relative, was looking for a part that I was unable to find the web or locally here in Connecticut. I called Diane at Sanford and Son, LTD and she assisted me even though they did not have what I was looking for. She sent me to a place that picked up the part on a Friday, repaired it and shipped it back to me on Monday!. Not only did I pay over $100 less than we would have paid here but we also got it all done in less than a week!
