I had a great experience here, Sabrina the front desk person was so helpful and friendly. And their general manager did a great job with my car and was super nice and funny. Amazing work and customer service!
Not happy if this wasn’t covered by insurance company I would be going back again tell it was repaired right and clean. I can understand that it’s hard to find good help, but my grandfather had a good experience with them. My vehicle was retired with a very dirty interior. I brought it back after the holidays and the outside was spotless and the interior was still not clean.
In all honesty it was extremely shoddy workmanship. To pay the price you paid for your car you expect decent results. Upon completion mine was anything but... I was literally missing pieces of my car that we're not supposed to be worked on. The repairs they made ALL had issues which brought to their attention they "tried" to remedy them. The paint work wasn't the worst but they were not thorough and intentionally overlook vital things. Honestly it's so infuriating to have to reiterate yourself so much and still not get what you want. They screwed me over but they got they're money so what do they care. Would not recommend!
I've been using Bristol Auto Body for private and professional vehicle repairs. Their work is consistently excellent. The team is knowledgeable and pricing fair. My Subaru was in their shop for about a week getting a door replaced. Not only did they do a great job installing the new door and repainting the side of my car, the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Highly recommend.
These folks fixed my car in a few days. Not only did they do an awesome job they also fixed something they didnt have to- went above and beyond. Thank you!
After getting into a car accident three weeks before permanently moving states, I was at a loss and had no idea what to do. It felt like there was no possible way I would get my car fixed before the move - just an added stressor on top of moving. Enter Bristol Auto Body Works, who became a godsend for me. They walked me through the process and made everything surrounding payment & procedure very easy. I asked if it would be possible to get the car done before the move, dropped my car off on a Friday, and the repairs were done in a week. I was in awe. I experienced this place because of a car accident. I didn't have a chance to even think about having it towed elsewhere but turns out I couldn't have been in better hands! The team here was professional, knowledgeable and... answered the phone every time! You know what I mean, with how things are today. The team at Bristol Auto Body Works did a wonderful job on my car. I had been in a small fender bender with damage to my back and front since I was the middle car. They did a great job on the repairs and my car is looking awesome and driving great again. They were also very helpful with getting me the rental I needed while they fixed the car and did the repairs. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need to.

In early May I was heading home from work going over the Mt.Hope Bridge. At that time a young lady behind me forgot where her brake pedal was and rear ended me at a fairly high rate of speed. Bristol Auto sent 1 of their wreckers to bring my vehicle back to their shop. I had done business with the previous ownership group and was always satisfied. Thankfully the repair estimate fell under the book value and I decided to let them repair my vehicle. They did a fantastic job !! From Paula at front desk who kept me in the loop with updates and progress reports as they came. To George the boss in the shop who always explained the news to me on what was going on wether good news or bad. To Joe the body man who did a fantastic job on matching colors. I have a 3 stage diamond tri-coat which I’m sure isn’t easy but he nailed it perfectly. To Jeff the tow truck driver who had to deal with a quagmire of traffic and an irate passenger (me). To Lum the president of the biz who ok’d a few additional repairs when he didn’t really have to. Bristol Auto Body you are a well oiled machine. Don’t know where all these great reviews come from. I had the opposite experience. I was lied to by not one but two people there then they refused to take my calls. Finally went to Crown much more professional and great customer service.
Got into a car accident they were the only place that was able to get me in a reasonable amount of time the environment is very welcoming very nice staff always their to answer any questions I had kept me updated on my car during the process when I got the car back it had looked like it was brand new like the first day I got it off the lot they had even cleaned the the car overall the best service I’ve witnessed having to get a car fixed definitely would recommend this place I’m going to keep bringing my car back when I need work done
Our vehicle was damaged while parked. We contacted Bristol Auto Works and they worked with the insurance adjuster to fully repair damages. They were very professional and easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to repair our vehicle. It looks better than ever! Many thanks.
