Jays Automotive is the place you want to bring your vehicle for any service needed. The customer service from the front desk, technicians and the owner is extremely polite, and their work is top notch. Highly recommend them.

I always knew Donlevy's was a great honest place to bring my car. Always on time, very upfront and never tried to charge me for soemthing I didn't need. Not until I moved to another state, did I realize how rare it is to find a place like this. If you live in the area, don't even wait to take it soemwhere else. Just let them take care of you. Jason will make it right, and do it at a resonable cost. I have never experience such amazing service before and sadly, I am not sure I will ever find it again. Moved 14 hours away. Otherwise, I would still be going there.
My family and I have been taking our car here for many years. They have always been great when servicing our cars. Shane was a great asset. Consistently, he would go out of his way and help us.
Provides a wide variety of services at reasonable prices. Waiting room available. Repairs done right. Doesn't try to upsell. Been having all my cars serviced and repaired here for years and never been screwed.
I went here as it was close to my friend's house I had driven to on a spare tire, of course needing a new one. My tire size isn't that common, but luckily they had one in stock. Given it isn't a common size, they didn't sell many of them & actually give me a deal on it. They were very helpful & pleasant, so I decided to come back here when my car was in need of inspection. Once again I was very pleased. This shop is actually about 35 minutes from me, but this is where I take my vehicles when I need something done.
We all of that fear of breaking down away from home and being at the mercy of a mechanic who you do not know, or if you can trust. Well, that happened to my son on his way to college, over 100 miles from home. We had his car towed to Donlevy's and could not be more thankful for having found them! Not only did they diagnose & fix the problem for the breakdown, they also made us aware of other issues the car is having so we could address them with our hometown mechanic. They could have very easily tried to sneak these issues in for repair and charged us, but did not. Also, the customer services is like no other you can find these days. They even called back the next day to make sure we made it home okay, with no issues. I would highly recommend Donlevy's!! Too bad there are not more honest businesses out there like this today.
Started going here 3 years ago when we moved to Goldsboro. Have had all inspections and scheduled maintenance on two vehicles with these guys and will never use anyone else. They are priced well and the service is terrific.
I went there today because I bought a car near to there service shop and my windshield wiper weren't working I asked the guy for help and which he did but once I took him to see the car he was being rude and decided not help saying I'm not gonna mess with that. Anyway 10 minutes later I go to another auto shop near by and they helped me on the spot I wouldn't recomand Donlevy especially for new vechical
Great service and fair price. Hasn't screwed me over ever. Whatever inspecting my vehicles and there was a major problem he would always call me to allow me to come and visually see it for myself before any work was completed.
I was heading to Pittsburgh when I broke down about two miles from this place. Even though they were busy, they managed to find the problem in my car and fix it. I'm glad I broke down so close to these friendly guys.
