There are hardly words to express the level of frustration and disbelief regarding the unethical billing practices of J-N-S Towing and Hauling. Within less than 24 hours, they issued a $1,070 invoice for a vehicle towed following an accident. Here is a breakdown of the fees charged: Response Fee: $160.00 Flatbed/Wrecker Fee: $160.00 Clean-Up & Disposal Fee: $85.00 Extra Man Fee: $65.00 Storage Fee: $180.00 (for under 24 hours) Fuel Surcharge Fee: $85.00 Administrative Fee: $85.00 Delivery Fee: $250.00 Not only are these charges excessively high, but the invoice lacks detail or itemized justification. There is no explanation of services rendered, no time stamps, no photos, and no collection of applicable taxes. The documentation reads more like a list of arbitrary fees than a legitimate billing statement. It's astonishing that a business is allowed to operate with such a lack of transparency and accountability. This experience raises serious concerns not only about fair pricing but also about regulatory oversight and consumer protection in the towing industry.

We were stuck in the snow with a dead car, on a Sunday. JNS was prompt and thorough and at a very reasonable price. Plus, they're a fun bunch of guys.

My car was to be towed by someone the night before to be at the garage in the morning. Well it wasnt so I called j&n I felt bad for calling so early the guy was so nice told him the situation he had his son out im guessing it was with in a half hour. He was also very nice. Reasonably priced. THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH!!!!! I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend them!!!

These are the people to call No other tow company would do anything until day time nationwide insurance would not do anything until day but these hard working guys did a good job and came straight out and towed us they deserve every respect for what they do god bless and thank you my friends

My vehicle broke down and needed a tow, little Greg? I believe came and towed my vehicle, he was friendly, in the time frame he said he would be and knew the place it needed to be towed to! Would recommend and used them again for any towing services!

Gregg came with his son to change tire. I had the wrong size ! They went out of their way to get me to Denny’s Tire and get us back in the road !! 5 stars doesn’t say enough !! Great business and great people !!!

They were just the best. Got stuck on the mud with a rear wheel drive van on the 4th of July weekend 4 hours away from home.They came on immediately Sunday morning and pulled me out. They were super nice and kept me from just wanting to totally breakdown into tears. Love you guys! Thanks so very much.

I highly recommend this towing and hauling company. In a highly stressful situation, they were reassuring, compassionate, informative, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service was delivered.

I highly recommend this towing company! My family, and I (2 adults, 3 kids), got stuck on the PA Turnpike. We called JNS and told them what happened and that there were five of us. They brought their tow truck AND personal vehicle to pick us up. They even brought a scanner to check our check engine light; turns out, it was the fuel pump. Greg and Little Greg towed us to the nearest auto store for $235 (cheap as hell in my opinion, especially for their tow truck and personal truck for the rest of the family). THEN, when we found out the store didn't have what we needed, they took us to a nearby hotel for the night. Greg called a mechanic buddy and set it up to where if between my husband and him could find the part by morning, his friend would install it for $200. The part was not found, but both Gregs CAME BACK and sat with us until the tow truck that was able to tow our vehicle all the way home to Virginia came; they did not charge another dime for making sure we were good before leaving (or towing us extra, to the hotel). Good people! If you get stuck, call them. You will not be disappointed.

If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. We had a second flat tire on our travel trailer along the PA Turnpike. Since it was the second of the day we did not have a spare and had trouble finding a tire and wheel in the area. J-N-S Towing said they had one and would come to us. The response time was much faster than we expected. However, the tire and wheel were used and we were even told that they took it off one of their own landscaping trailers. The tire also has a plug in it. We were charged $189 for a used tire and wheel and plugged tire. The additional charges were excessive but we understood we were at their mercy. Our total bill for their services was $482. We have attempted to discuss this excess with them but were hung up on.

I recommend them to anyone needing a tow. They were extremely helpful with my situation. Some of the nicest people I've spoken with in a while..

JNS towing and hauling helped me when I had possibly the worst day I've had in a while. Long story short, I had two tires blow out at separate times on the highway while traveling home from a trip to eastern PA. JNS towing and hauling helped me twice and were extremely friendly. They made a horrible day slightly less horrible. I'm not one to leave Google reviews but I thought it was the least I can do after their great service. Thank you again!

First tow company brought wrong truck even after instructions of what was needed. Second company was a no show. At 9 pm this young man shows up and gets my car loaded and on the way to the dealership. Thank you so much for your prompt service. Highly recommend!!!

I called NINE different tow trucks before this man come out with his own personal vehicle and tow truck and took me and my car to the nearest tire place. He helped when no one else would and he was really nice!

These guys are the best and should always be your first choice for this area! The price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Great guys, great company! Highly recommend!

Honestly the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with.. The dude is disrespectful as can be. Tried saying I broke into his lot when I took a picture from the road. Also bashed my wife when she was in an accident saying it was her fault and the insurance company who are qualified decided that it was the other persons fault. He came to my house and harassed my mother. Honestly if he was that last towing truck on earth I would hook a chain up and drag my car home myself. If he comes out say no I’ll call someone else it will save you a lot of grief
