The guys and gal are great. I was in need and they went out of their way to help me..I wish there were more people and businesses that really care. Fixed me up charged a fair price and did a great job. Thank you. The electricians.
I was greeted with kindness and courtesy by the front end manager. The mechanic was pleasant and explained the work he did for my Subaru. An overall awesome experience.
Wasted time and gas driving over an hour to drop my vehicle off, expected some work to be done and an estimate on further repairs but was told to pick up my vehicle the next day with no work done and overpriced estimates. Then I'm told they think I should just trade it in. Keep your unsolicited advice and just do your job 🙄 I won't be coming back anyways

I usually don’t do reviews unless it’s worth it, but this place is! Mark was very friendly and provided fast and efficient service. He knows his stuff! and I will continue coming back for future repairs and services :)
I was on a business trip, just passing through, in a snowstorm and my wiper fluid stopped working. Mud all over the windshield. Popped the hood and the line snapped. Couldn’t find an auto parts store nearby. Stopped in and their mechanic had me back on the road in minutes. Good people and friendly service. If you need something fixed, I recommend going here.
Highly recommended. Very honest and cares about the customer. Took care of us multiple times now and charged very fairly. This is now my go to shop for any repairs.
Mark, Ciaran (?), Cory - all of them, tops! The serpentine belt shredded on 84 heading home to Cap Region, NY. Scrupulously inspected the car for any other damage, and made quick and honest repairs. Cannot thank you all sufficiently.
In late September, I hit a rock on I-84 and blew a tire. Managed to put the spare on and wobble my way to the nearest exit. Asked at the gas station if there was a tire place nearby and they said 'Go down the road to AutoMarx'. I happened to drive in at lunchtime, but Mark was kind enough to stop and help me out. He got me fixed up and back on the road so I could make it to my folks about an hour away. He and his staff really went out of their way to help and I will always appreciate that. Thanks, guys!
Excellent and honest repair shop - really knowledgeable mechanics who seriously know their stuff. Very impressed that they get right to work at the scheduled appointment times, very rare these days! - 5 stars all around.
My cars manufacturer emailed me saying I needed to get my tires rotated, so I stopped by these guys to check. They looked at my tires and said “they’ve got enough tread and are wearing evenly so you don’t need to do anything.” They are good people. Recommended.
My car broke down on Rt 84.. AutoMarx, Mark is exceptionally experienced with Lexus and Toyota repair... thought I needed a new alternator- since I had the same problem a few weeks earlier at home and got the starter replaced. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem- a loose cable on my my battery! He fixed it replaced the cable- only $20. Mark is very knowledgeable- he gave me a lot of other tips on how my car should be maintained and he is extremely honest- not like the guy who replaced my a starter that I didn't need. I would even consider driving back here 2.5 hours from Connecticut to have him work on my car.
Mark is a good guy who also gives back to the community- on fire/rescue for many years!

I couldn’t thank Mark enough! I was driving down i84 pulling a large camper and had a radiator hose blow. Mark had me back on the road within 2 hours of my incident! He was honest, thorough and genuinely cares for vehicle and safety! If you need any help I can confidently say this is the place to go!
I broke down on I-84 in my 1989 lifted Jeep Cherokee hundreds of miles from home. I am posting this in September of 2020 & my breakdown happened in March of 2006. AAA towed me to Mark's shop late in the day on a Friday.
Mark rebuilt my entire front axle in a weekend. He drove me everywhere while working on my Jeep... place to stay, food & even the junkyard to pull some axle parts. Mark's shop was typically closed on weekends, but took close to 20 hours of his time to help out a stranger.
I no longer live in the NorthEastern United States, but if I was driving within a hundred miles of Mark's shop & broke down... I would 100% go there again. I was a one time customer & Mark knew it, but he treated me like family. I am still blown away by that weekend nearly 15 years later. thank you Mark
He is great The own er I believe his name is Mark. I listen to what he was saying to me about my vehicle. He was dead on about some things, I already knew. In this day and age for mechanic to be honest it's almost heard unheard of.

Had a flat tire and stopped by this shop to fix it. Owner was very friendly and did a great job patching the tire (which apparently had two holes in it). The price was very affordable as well. Thank you.
These guys can actually balance spline drive wire wheels for old British sports cars. They did a perfect job at a good price. They got rid of the high speed wobble I had suffered for years. Very nice guys.
On our way home to Michigan from Mass had a blow out. They had what we needed in stock got us in and back on the road very quickly. Very nice people would recommend them to anyone in or out of the area.

Lost an oil cap on a cross-country trip, and was directed to Automarx when I ran into the gas station to figure out where to get help. Not only did they source the part immediately, I could tell by sitting in the shop for a couple of hours how much they care about getting the job done right. If you are in the area, and I need of auto repair, I cannot recommend them enough.
