Needed a high pressure steering hose on my truck right after big snow they got me right in and out no problem. Hard to find shops anymore that will do that thank you for getting me right in and taken care of.
Mike's is the only honest and professional auto repair shop I have dealt with in quite a while. Mike is always will to help you out and is genuinely a nice guy who is in his business for more than to make money, I would recommend Mike's to my daughter and anybody else who want a honest bill for honest work.
Top Notch guys here!!! I made the mistake of going to Gary's at the bottom of the hill. I Will definitely be using Mikes anytime I am in need. The owner Mike is a super awesome outgoing guy, and Dan the mechanic had my truck done same day. The receptionist inside was also very organized and a hard worker. Sad they need to damage vechicles to attempt to extort people for a inspection sticker. They damaged my vechicle also they got the interior filthy. No wheel cover . no seat cover no mat on the floor. Unprofessional.
I only had a vehicle towed. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the vehicle at my home was flawless. Professional, friendly & just good vibes all around. If I lived closer to their shop, I definitely would take my vehicles there for work. Thank you Mikey, you were great!
The ENTIRE staff is absolutely incredible all around. They’re very informative and are always happy to answer any questions. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mike’s. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mike’s in Hawley. My boyfriend and I are not from around here (Long Island) and mistakenly locked our keys in the car twice. The receptionist and the mechanic were the most understanding and had our door unlocked within 15 minutes of the phone call. They truly saved us!

As a handy person I could have changed my thermostat and o-ring and flushed the antifreeze. I brought it to Mike's to find the leak and to fix it. Turned out the t-stat housing had a crack and I wouldn't have found it myself. Thanks to Mike for your experience and fixing the situation. Very helpful guy! I called about finding an engine and Mike calls me back to tell me that I should call this guy Jason and he may be able to find me an engine. Honest, quick, and affordable. You definitely won’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Other mechanic shops were kind of rude or booked out for days. Mike fit us in same day and was very nice and did a great job.
I can’t recommend Mikes Auto enough. Friendly and fair. My car was stuck in the driveway while we were away on a mini vacay. I needed a tow out.

Mike has been where my family has gotten work done on vehicles since we moved to the area...(many moons ago lol).
But know he does great work and actually cares for his customers as well as has no problem explaining what all is wrong and or showing them. Plus he don't drag you through the coles or give you the run around.
I bring my car to him before anybody else ... What can I say, he's pretty much family😁🤗😌
We’ve taken our family vehicles to mike for a long time, he has always been good, fairly priced, and honest! Great help on the towing side as well! Helped with insurance during accidents too!
Mike’s auto service has helped me and my friends 2 times in the past 2 days. Twice we had our cars stuck on an icy hill and both times they pulled us out with no problems. The most reliable and trustworthy mechanic shops I've ever taken my car too. They are so nice. I haven't been there in a few years because we moved but we are planning on moving back and I'll be more than happy to be bringing my business back here
We were new to the area in 2015 when Mike and his team were recommended by our builder. Its very refreshing to find a business that offers very fair assessment of vehicle issues and repair/maintenance pricing. We have relied on Mikes Auto ever since. Mike does a great job ensuring his team is well trained and provides valuable customer care. You dont find that much in big cities! Keep up the great work Mike.

Great people didn't screw me over, knew I was a single mom and did what I needed done and didn't over charge. Lovely people can't say enough good things about them, if they have time to fit you in then go to them over any of these other mechanics that see a woman and totally rip her off. They are awesome!!
I went in for brakes front an rear an to have belts replaced. I was quite happy to be explained that it did not need brakes they were more than 50% an I would be throwing money away if I replaced them. I am very happy to find honesty and integrity besides great service!
