Rodd was fantastic. I run cross-country hotshot delivery and was broke down with a schedule to maintain. I called every shop for 20 miles and couldn’t get it for weeks. A local gave me Rodd’s contact and he came right out. Changed tie rods in a parking lot on my Ram 3500 and took the time to get the alignment close enough to continue on. A life saver that I will not hesitate to use again. Thank you!

During a winter storm, I called for an air dryer that went bad. Showed him a pic of the part. He called, got the part, was at truck, and had me up and running right away.. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am so glad to be able to count on him for these emergency situations!

I called early in the morning. He said he was busy until noon. When I call at 11:30, he said he was running a little late. At 2:00 p.m. he stopped answering the phone and never showed up. He left me there for hours continuing to say he was coming. He dragged me along so by the time I realized he wasn’t coming it was too late to get anyone.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AND ALLOW THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. They are mot mechanics, do not have a shop , no boss, no one owns up to take responsibility for errors. The address on the web is a resident Very poor service , it took the guy that came out 6 hours to diagnose a bad battery and that was after changing the starter and i had to cell the dodge dealer i bought the truck from and they diagnosed it over the phone in 5 minutes. The story is long but i was charged 600 and i paid for the battery to have my battery changed, when trying to talkto someone no one on the business number answer, the boss denies being the boss, the mechanic that did the jon forwarded me HIS BOSSES number and it said uncle billy but that guy denies being the boss, he says he is just a dispatcher.... the mechanic had no idea what je was doing .
