We took my Son's car to Pepboys in Bethel Park because Top Notch was backed up because of the weather. That was a mistake. Took it back to Avalon to have it fixed right! Worth the wait! Thank you Avalon &Co.

Top Notch Automotive lives up to their name. I had work completed by them that came in at half the price quoted by a national chain garage. The owner and staff are so friendly and customer-oriented. Ditch the chain garages and use Top Notch Automotive. I can't recommend them enough.

Top notch service,had my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe checked at Hyundai dealership because I lost my,,4wh drive they checked it out said they couldn't find the problem wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars to see what the problem was
I took it to Top notch they were able to fix it and do other services for less then Hyundai wanted to charge me to check on it

The staff are great. I took my truck in for an oil change. I dropped my truck off, walked to subway, ate lunch, and when I was done eating my truck was ready for me. EDIT: Well here I am editing this review.... The reason for editing this review is because my oil drain plug was WAY OVER TIGHTENED... Had to weld a socket on to get it out.... That sucked... What was even worse is that I am about $500 in, not counting the cost of the new housing.... now because the oil filter houseling cap was overtightened which cause the oil filter housing to crack and blow out oil everywhere........ Thank you very much.... I was told well there's not much I can do for you.... I couldn't bring my truck in immediately because it happened on a weekend and I couldn't wait any longer without a vehicle.... Hard lesson learned...Thank you.
Matt was great, I had a screw in n my front tire and he immediately helped me when I pulled up. Then the next day I had another foreign object in my back tire, again he immediately popped the tire off found the leak and plugged it as well. In an out in 10 minutes, and not a bad price for the repair. Thanks Guys.
Top Notch is so honest. I ve asked twice if I needed new tires and both times told me to wait. This was after the dealership told me I needed tires immediately. I highly recommend Top Notch- they are on time with appointments and let you know as soon as you vehicle is done- so glad they opened !!

I have been struggling to find a good mechanic shop for years. Always having problems with my vehicles that nobody was willing to fix, giving excuses as to why they can't do repairs. Top Notch fixed my truck when I was ready to sell it away to a junk yard. I'll bring my vehicles to this place from now on Everytime I need work done. I called in for an inspection appointment a week ago and wasn't expecting to get in for a few weeks but they had appointments available within a few days. Dropped it off and they sent me a text with the invoice and when I could pick it up. I'm happy with the service and the people at the shop were very nice as well. The shop dog was a definite plus in my book. Will definitely be back in the future. Already telling people they need to go to them for their auto work.
Great customer service and they took care of my car's issues quickly. Explained work what needed to be done, and pricing was very fair for parts and labor. Loved that they sent text message to show explanation of work, labor rates and then allowed you to "approve" or choose "maybe later", and then e-sign to approve the work right from phone. Will definitely recommend and return for future work needed!
I was very impressed with the service I received here! I had used the previous auto establishment on this property for over twenty five years and was hoping this new one would be as efficient and cost effective. I was very happy to find that they excelled at both. After I called to schedule an inspection, a text message was sent as a reminder. My car was taken on time and the inspection performed quickly and efficiently. The inspection and oil change were completed in under an hour. The bill was sent to my phone promptly. I will be using Top Notch for my other vehicles!
