We needed to replace a battery but didn't want to buy new because we aren't keeping this vehicle. We arrived at Naftzinger's and 5 minutes later, left with a refurbished battery for $80, which is half the cost of a new battery.
Don't waste your time. My buddy told me about a truck that I could use parts off if it. So I gather all my tools and drove up there. The truck is sitting along the front of the road. I asked if I could take parts and was told no go walk around the back area. I guess they just keep the good vehicles upfront for show. I will never go back or give them a dime. Total waste. Their are other junkyard that actually sell parts close by.
So, at least my old car got towed and it was one amazing car and it's a Volvo and it's a 2005 Volvo xc90 and the guy came to whee I live at, and he was so nice to us as well and when he got the car and he waved at me so nicely and he was the best guy and I told him the car's name is Patrick and when he left to go, I said "bye bye, Patrick!" And off they went and I never been to that junk yard before
First the owner of this place is one of the best people you could ever meet my father took me there now I take my son there now.....the man makes you feel like family promise you won't be disappointed unless your part ain't there but that's the roll of the dice ,keep on wrenching 🙂
The owner of this place is borderline delusional and believes that everything he's selling you're going to take home and make a profit on it. You can get way better deals and less attitude at you pull it in new ringgold nearby. This yard also has very treacherous dangerous conditions..I'm surprised no one has got hurt yet and sued this place.
Typical junkyard but if you need a brand new battery for 40 bucks then go there. I got new batteries there for my last 5 cars. They even take out the old one and install the new one free.
We were referred to Naftzinger's by a local tow company after an unexpected car accident. Doug was wonderful to work with and very helpful to us during the whole process. Losing a car can be a nightmare experience, but if it ever happens again, it would be a pleasure to work with Doug...or at least with a company that is as pleasant as Naftzinger's.
Went there looking to buy a used car and the cars weren't worth the price.....please understand it is a salvage yard(used car parts yard) but for what I'm looking for out of a car the prices were to high for the quality of cars they had

Best Junk yard I’ve ever been to. Good customer service. They will treat you like family and their prices are very good and that’s why I keep coming back 😉
Can't beat the prices and they are always accommodating. Call ahead if bad weather as the yard can get really sloppy and sometimes they won't let you into the yard. I've had good luck with their new battery seconds.
Got a really good car for a really good price...I'm kinda speachless cause of how nice n friendly they were and willing to work with me. They went out of their way and made accommodations to help me. Even the notary stayed late for me so we could do the paperwork so I could get the car I wanted right away which only took like 4 minutes. Doug even gave me some gas money which I am going to drive my new car up to him tomorrow and pay him back for cause I am so appreciative and give him 30 extra.. I am definitely going to him for anything and highly recommend him for anything. Cars, tires, batteries, parts, ect.....
Had to junk a car that wouldn't pass inspection. The process was quick and easy, sign the title over, get a check, and leave within 15 minutes of arriving.
