The 2 businesses I called prior to reaching these guys attempted to screw me over by offering me 30% below the spot price value of gold and silver I was trying to sell, citing "you won't find a better price anywhere else" I said "yeah right." Then reached these guys. He offered 97% of spot price which is more than fair. Extremely pleasant to deal with and extremely honest. I had forgotten a coin that wasn't too valuable with these guys and they had the integrity to call me and ask if I wanted to come back and grab it. I told him to just keep it since I was so pleased with these guys. If you're looking to buy or sell, I don't think you can get much better service.
My car died, I needed to sell a few coins for capital to buy a new one. I called around all over the area and this was the only place offering to buy spot, not below spot, but spot. After calling other places and determining this was the best offer, I called back and he even went out of his way to set an appointment the same afternoon to meet with me. There was no hassle or last minute change, no pressure as he let me count all the cash after weighing the coins. He was very friendly and personable, very knowledgeable and insightful. I never leave comments as I don't care to leave a large online footprint, but I just don't get where the negative comments are coming from and I doubt their validity. He helped me out and revived my faith in the precious metals market, where other dealers make it seem like a market you get screwed coming and going in. Other places were offering me 150-200 below spot, I know the coin market is pretty nasty, I can't help but question if this isn't a case of review bombing the competition, because he paid more than ANYONE between Bucknell and Harrisburg offered and came through same day.

Took a bracelet to sell and he agreed to post it to make more money for our nonprofit womens home. He in fact lost it and never made it right stating I was trying to pull a fast one and he didn't recall the bracelet. It was a designer silver bangel with gold ball adornment worth $150-$200. He in fact stole from a non-profit! Would not recommend! You told on yourself in your reply! I gave it to you when you offered to resell it for us. It was trusted with you sir. Which whatever you donated before holds no glory when you still didn't make it right by our agreement. The last time I went to you you poured 18kt acid on a 10kt bracelet and then refused to pay me for it because you disintegrated the gold. You gave me the same speech of loving nonprofits and i trusted you yet you were unwilling to admit you messed up or to pay us for it. That's stealing!! It was our property that was donated to resell!
