The new manager they have there Amanda is very knowledgeable about what we need and she goes the extra mile ,just like this new youngan they have working there I think his name is Russell Enis or something this young man will go far if given the chance
Early on a cold Wednesday, I went to Auto Zone to get my alternator tested. To do so, I had to get my battery charged up. The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and didn't seem bothered by any of the clarification I requested on how batteries work. Ha. Turns out my negative battery terminal was just crusty and needed cleaned up. So glad I stopped in. Wish I could remember the man's name because I never felt like a nuisance or that uncomfortable vibe women sometimes get from auto stores. I appreciate everything and the store was clean and all of the employees seemed friendly as well.
The guys I dealt with at this AutoZone were great. I placed an order online and picked it up at the store. The computer was acting up so they couldn't pull my order. I brought it up on my phone and showed them. They pulled the parts awhile and then tried another computer and they were able to bring up the order. They were polite and courteous throughout the whole process. I know that type of stuff can be frustrating. They verified the parts and part number to make sure I got the correct stuff. Great job!
Excellent customer service. Exceptionally professional. Amber the Assistant store manager is the Jack of all trades. She was running from register to register. Stocking shelves. And answered every question thrown at her. There was even a point in time when a deaf person came in and they went back and forth via paper. Completely will recommend this location. Will be back again.

However, I ordered a part from this location and never received the call that it arrived. When I finally called in to see if it ever arrived they said it sat for so long they sent it back.
Manager here was extremely helpful, outgoing and made it feel like home. Not too often I go into an Autozone anymore and I’m greeted and offered installation! Can’t wait to try out the new wipers.
At least when I go to this AutoZone they explain stuff in detail unlike all the other ones and they got amazing customer satisfaction they actually help you out when needed in store or online...I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs good parts for their vehicles...
9/29/21 I went in to get windshield wipers and the employee looked up my vehicle then stood by me not saying a word. I said they are 28" but I'm not sure which style would fit, nothing from the employee. I went out to bring in my old wiper but couldn't get it off the vehicle. I went back in and said I couldn't get it off the car, again nothing from the employee. I tried again to remove my wiper but still could not get it to come off, i came back in the store, at this point the employee just ignored me. I walked out stating I would go somewhere else where the staff help the customers.
