Ms Aisha Williams turned a bad situation to a pleasant one by being professional with great customer service behavior. She is a great asset to Casella. Also, during a wind storm, the gentleman collecting the trash went above and beyond the call of duty by tying the can up with our bungee to the other one. I strongly suggested & recommended your company to our neighbors who are currently using someone else.Thank you .
AWFUL garbage service. Not only do they charge an insane $76 per month for trash removal/pick up service, but their billing department can't get their shit together. My family cancelled back in December and only now are we getting 1 months worth of our payments back. And now, they continue to bill us for March despite us quitting services with them nearly 3 months ago. Get you shit together Casella.
Since signing up, we have had good and predictable trash/recycling service. We recently had a huge billing issue (not our fault). Due to my work schedule I was unable to call and was trying to communicate with them via email/message requests. I wasn’t getting anywhere so I left work early to call. It was at the very end of the day and I felt so bad for calling like 7 minutes before they close. I spoke to Michelle and I am SO glad that I did. I personally HATE having to call places, especially when I have an issue. I will avoid it all costs. I really needed to talk to someone to have our account reviewed due to some erroneous charges being added on. Michele was the most helpful person I have EVER spoken to as far as customer service goes. She not only figured out what the issue was by doing a thorough investigation, but she was so extremely kind and expressed concern and even apologized several times. Thank you so much Michelle!!
Contacted customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Tina. She answered my question in a minute. Her knowledge and personality can't be beat! Great asset to the Casella team!
Super rude yelling expletives in front of my 1 year old while we watched them pick up our garbage and waved hi. Then proceeded to yell at me because we put a small bag of yard waste out on the wrong week (just moved in didn't know) saying how "I'll care when he stops picking up my trash". Meanwhile I just apologized and said thank you.
This is actually negative stars but Google is too nice. Started off as County Waste now on its 3rd different name. Each name change brings worse service. For example, last week they just didn’t pick up trash. No real reason give, just didn’t feel like I guess. Find any other company.
Do not use them! I have been calling and trying to get a hold of them every single day since the beginning of June. I have been calling their new phone numbers which are not listed and no one answers the phone. I have even talked to Lebanon County, GFL and they have been sending emails to the team in Tremont with my information and they do not respond, I am also being double billed for services I already paid for and they will not help even national GFL does not help. I have sent messages to the executive team via LinkedIn hoping this get someone’s attention. I guess I need to drive 50 minutes away and show up at the office to get service.
