My truck broke down on I-81N, Patrick provided awesome service. They came with a flat bed for my truck, also brought a service vehicle to haul my trailer, which had my motorbike in it, back to their shop. John checked my truck as soon as we got to their shop for a quick diagnosis. Hunter drove us to pick-up a rental car. These guys, this shop, went above and beyond the level of customer service which is usually expected nowadays. They truly make their customers feel as though they are neighbors. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks guys!!!

These guys go above and beyond. I was broken down over an hour away and they hopped into action. Got me on the road the same day. Prompt service, friendly and reasonable prices. We can’t say enough about all the guys at West End. We limped off the highway in our 1989 Dodge Camper Van and they were so helpful and efficient, making sure we had a ride to the local hotel while they ordered the part and worked to fix the problem…on Good Friday no less!
