I have driven past this place many times and never knew what a hidden gem it was! I popped in on a whim and was greeted by the most delightful and helpful people. I was browsing around and they offered tips on other products that were coming soon, the types of things they get, etc. Everything was at a great discount, it had pictures of the products so you knew what it was, most things were unopened, everything had a price, and they were clear about additional discounts too. AND they have a well organized and well updated website so I can shop from my couch! I can’t wait to go back to search for more treasures.

The Big Catch is a hidden gem for bargain hunters! We stumbled across this store while camping nearby and were so glad we did. It’s packed with unique finds and great discounts. We ended up buying an at-home gym at an amazing price, check out the photo of our setup (we added a few extras afterward). We also found some snacks and other fun odds and ends. If you love a good deal, this place is definitely worth a stop.

Super nice people and very helpful. Picked up a piece of exercise equipment for a great deal. They told me to spin the wheel for an even bigger discount! Great experience and cannot wait to bring my wife there as well

First and foremost, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was kind, helpful and patient with my questions. We bought a brand new scratch and dent GE washer and dryer. Both work beautifully. We even got an extra discount with their "wheel spin." I will be shopping there again and highly recommend others to the same

Trucker review: Made a delivery here and the guys were awesome, 14 pallets offloaded by pallet jack and a forklift and didn't take long at all. He even offered me to use the restrooms...which is rare these days.

Horrible what they did to us. We drove almost 4 hours to get there. I called about an item I was interested in, they told me they would hold it, when we arrived they told me it was just sold. I called and explained we were 3-4 hours away and they said it was okay that they will wait

I called to say I was interested in the flooring they were selling this morning, the lady I spoke to told me she would put a sold sign with me name on it. I called them and explained I was 3 hours away and that I was going to my bank to retrieve funds and that right after I would be on my way. When I Finally made it there i told her I'm Victor, she said yes I remember talking to you. She then walked me to the back of the store to show me the vinyl flooring. Then she says oh why is there I sold sign on this with a different name. She said I remember telling you it was ok for you to come.

Went here to get a futon for my man cave and it was VERY cheap! And its comfortable too. Great deals and quality definitely going back soon??

I have found some great deals here and is one of the first place I check when I need big items. They have a nice online catalog, but a lot more in the store. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

As is often the case with salvage/unclaimed/used resellers, it's hit or miss when it comes to merchandise available. I've gotten some great buys in the past here. The folks operating the place are very friendly, which makes for a nice experience. Recommended.

Prices keep going up and up there. I seen a small wall hanging i liked and it was $30 bucks probably could have found cheaper but i liked it so I bought it. Overall a hit or miss kinda place

Amazing store found a lot of great buys here. Staff is super nice and very polite they all are so helpful even help me load my heavy items in my car. It's very clean .

When I had went there I was looking around and found an item I wanted to ask questions about. Every time I went to ask a worker a question they either kept walking by me, or told me " this areas closed" in a rude manner and bolted away. When I finally did get someone I got told they'll get information on it and meet me over at it. I waited for 20 minutes. No one. So I went in search of them and they were sitting on their phone. So nice things inside but terrible service. I won't be back.

We searched and searched for a deal on a Lifetime basketball hoop. My wife found this store through FB Marketplace. I checked out the business using these reviews to get the trust I needed to buy. Here's the part I was most happy with. Big Catch is over an hour from our house and we were traveling in the vicinity of the store on Monday. The store was closed, so I messaged the owner Dave. He agreed to meet me at the store and helped me load it into our van on his day off. This is a great company with an excellent owner. Highly recommend!

I've come here several times and always left empty handed. It seems that this store mostly just sells Walmart stuff that was returned or slightly damaged for only a few bucks cheaper than Walmart's prices, so their items are not really unique, thrifty, or high quality...

We needed a futon for our son who was coming home for Christmas. I found this place on a google search and visited their Facebook page where I saw exactly what we needed. We stopped by, but it had sold. Before we left, the girl at the register said she thought another one had come in on a truck and she went to see if the guys in the back could dig it out. They did! It was perfect. It’s now an office couch. Many of their items are new, having been acquired from store returns. They have a large variety of things, from dvds to trash cans and board games. Their prices are fair.

Such an interesting place. They have an assortment of used stuff and new stuff at discounted prices. But this place is cute cute cute inside. It has a little cafe with adorable decorations on the walls. I bought a chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious. I just love the way this place is set up and I'd go again and again just to sit in that adorable cafe!

The cafe here is awesome! The staff were polite and the food was delicious. It's a great place to grab a coffee and do some work or just pop in for a quiet lunch.

Standard used/antique shop. Some items are great finds, some rare finds, some bizarre finds :) Stock constantly changes and there is a small coffee shop inside.

Seems like a place worth visiting if in the area. Got a good deal on a Lego set. I like they update their Facebook frequently and offer phone sales so you don't waste a trip.

There is not much more to say about this place.. It is fantastic. Great and friendly staff, good food in the cafe and prices you wouldn't believe. Pssst.., stay open longer so we can visit more than 1 day (Thursday) a week.. Work until 5 and they are closed..
