My experience with this shop is amazing. After visiting my regular shop when I used to live in MD they told me that wait time for a 18000 miles service would be 6 to 8 weeks. This was in April/May. I decided to call Hemy's and they told me just drop it off and it should be done by EOW. So that's what I did and they deliver right on time. I cannot tell you enough how important it is to be on time. So naturally I took my bike there for Annual inspection and the next time it needed tires. So far im very pleased with this shop. BTW I don't know for sure but I think they have a wizard working the balancing machine because no one could balance my tires on this bike where I had zero wobble at the high speed and these guys did it. AMAZING. So in conclusion next time I need anything my go to place is Hermy's. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I just picked up an R18 today from Hermy's and everything went so smoothly. Chuck was a pleasure to work with. He got me a great deal on my trade in, and new ride. I couldn't recommend this place enough, definitely check it out.

This is a great European motorcycle dealership. Never any high pressure tactics in the sales department, and very knowledgeable staff. Parts, Riding gear, are well stocked. Great selection of Klim gear, and Shoei helmets!! Service department has done a great job.

I should have done this earlier. I had made an appointment for service on my 2022 K1600B for the second week in July. I wanted to make sure that it was tiptop for my trip to Sturgis, on which I was leaving on July 30th. A month prior to my appt., a significant warranty issue arose, in which Hermy’s immediately diagnosed the issue and ordered the part that was needed to have it in time for my appt. I dropped my bike off on July 11th. The work I requested…oil and filter, differential lube change, and new frt/rear tires…was completed promptly, but the part ordered had still not shipped. We agreed to wait another week to get some word from BMW. It wasn’t until the 24th or 25th that BMW informed Hermy’s that the part wasn’t shipping till the 31st, which would had made my trip to Sturgis dead in the water. I discussed this disappointment with Jason in service and asked if there were any solutions to this mess. Here is where Hermy’s stepped up, looked outside the box, and found a solution to my dilemma. My bike was fixed immediately and delivered back to me. I rode out to Sturgis, had a great time riding the many beautiful roads in the Black Hills, and rode that baby back to PA. In all, I nearly put 4600 miles on my bike in 2 weeks, without a hiccup. I can’t say the same for my fellow travelers who were riding HD’s. I would like to say thank you to Hermy’s management and Jason in service for going above and beyond in making sure I enjoyed my trip. They were not required to do what they did to get me back on the rode. If this isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is. There is a dealership 2 miles from where I live, but I will continue traveling 60+ miles and continue doing business with Hermy’s. Wonderful sales and great service department.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large selection of new and used bikes. They have been in business for as long as I can remember. They offer a quality product at a fair price, backed by a service center that keeps you on the road. I am glad I stopped in to look around. No pressure sale, window shoppers welcomed. They also have a large selection of accessories and top notch gear.

I know that Hermy’s is highly rated a d has been in business since forever. My experience here was the worst ever. I purchased a 25’ bmw s1000rr which was in a crate at the time. They called me stating that the bike was in. They then called me saying that a nail was in my tire from the factory? They also said that there would be 13 miles on my crate? bike. Well, I came to pick it up and it had a scratched rim from the tire replacement. Hermy’s somehow denies scratching the rim and won’t pay for it? Please avoid these lying criminals! Buy from another dealer!

I dealt with Chuck and Bob on a purchase of a used R 1250 RT and could not have had a better experience. They are an easy-to-deal-with dealership from top to bottom, staffed with truly kind folks looking to help out others who share the passion to ride. I drove 6 hours to work with Hermy's over many dealers that are closer to my house, and my stellar experience reinforced that it was well worth it!

I bought a new 2023 Triumph Tiger Sport 660 from Bob Lilley . Bob was easy going very knowledgeable and no pressure . Hermy’s has great prices and not the typical BS dealer fees . A shout out to Lee in apparel dept . He ordered me a new Shoei helmet quickly and a good price . This dealership hands down is top notch with great staff. I have been a Yamaha brand guy for 40 years , but not anymore. Well done Hermy’s! !!!

Benn getting my bikes serviced here for 11 years. Always a good experience. My last service, there was an issue. Turned around and took it back. Jason and the service team had me updated the next day. Hermy's fixed the issue without me having to ask. Had my bike back and ready to ride that next day. Can't say enough about finding good quality service work. Thank you again for making things right, means a lot now a days.

Shopped for bmw 850gs adventure. Nationwide they were hundreds below dealership in California and another in Colorado, overall had 22 similar model spec out bikes. This place was by far the youngest bike with the same mileage for hundreds or less. I drove four hours with the U-Haul trailer to pick it up Chuck was fantastic. They’re stocked with accessories like side cases and clothing, only a few brands of helmets, but they carry the good ones.

Great dealership! My 1250RT didn't come with a radio and Chris ordered one and Jason had it installed. While I was there I asked them to key the top box to my key and they did this no problem. Also got to see the new GSA while I was there! Glad you guys are less than an hour away

I cannot say enough great stuff about this place! We first got to know this shop in 2000 when we bought 2 Triumphs. Later it was a couple of BMWs. Always worth the drive. This family business has grown through the years because they do things right and everyone works hard to build and maintain relationships with the customer, whether you're buying a $20k bike or just picking up an oil filter. No shops stock parts anymore, but Hermy's does! There is always an amazing inventory of fantastically maintained used bikes. Hermy's is worth the trip from wherever you may be!

Great shop, Nice people, cool bikes what else could you want. Picked up a less expensive bike for my son's graduation and was treated just like a premium bike customer. I'll be buying more motorcycles from them.

Bought bikes from here. Everyone is great and helpful. Jack helped a lot with buying the Triumph, Lee is fantastic in parts, and Jason in service is also fantastic. All are very knowledgeable about the bikes and are riders themselves. Nice waiting room as well if you need to hang around for service.

Keith Weaver helped me with my purchase of a pre-owned 2012 BMW K1600 GT at a reasonable price. He was able to offer an appealing trade-in price for my old bike, sight unseen, and made the purchase process very easy and relaxed. Upon discovery of some oil seepage coming from the front shock on the K1600 after riding it a couple of days, he asked me to bring it back in for them to repair. They took it back in (this was a used, as-is purchase) and pulled the front shock, sent it out to be rebuilt, then reinstalled it for me at no charge to make things right. Outstanding customer service! This is a dealer that everyone who owns or is looking for a BMW or Triumph motorcycle should be doing business with. Shout-out to Jeff in the service department for getting the shock removed and replaced. I really appreciate it guys.

Great service, seemingly always available, and they offer helpful advice on after-market products, bikes and regional rides. Can't ask for anything better than that from a dealer -- and I'm 2+ hours away! My local dealer closed recently, and I had the good fortune of meeting Bobby Brown on a BMW MOA web session. A week later, I had reached out for some advice, and he provided some great insight. The following week I had a mechanical issue while on a road trip and he came through again with helpful tips. While I was on my way out of town I still took a detour to make the two-hour trek to meet him, and to thank him. Bobby and the entire team at Hermy's are true pro's, and I appreciate their commitment to service. I'll likely take that two-hour trek again for when my bike needs service -- it's not a bad ride to take on a GS, and they've a showroom where it is so easy to spend some time.

I travel 2 hours for service for a reason. Great service, great parts and accessory department and super knowledgeable staff. they know their stuff.

My experience was with selling them a motorcycle! We did everything over email and I trailered the bike down and after a quick inspection they cut me a check as agreed! Looks like a great place to buy your next BMW bike! The new 1800 cc bikes were awesome looking!

I bought a used BMW bike - sight unseen - from these folks - and they made it an easy, pleasurable experience! Excellent communication, great pics, great video-tour of the bike. I would do it again without hesitation in the future! They have earned a customer for life - and I'm 3 hours away

My first time there, I went for an open house event where they debut the brand new 2019 BMW R1250GS that I was able to ride, an amazing bike all around. I was impressed with how many bikes they had in Stock and the wide selection of new and used. They have a very nice parts department and great aftermarket parts options. They also have a lot of gear from entry level to advance rider and even heated winter gear. The most impressive thing was how family oriented it felt, they knew almost all the customers by name and knew what they road and their style. I will definitely be going back there. Some day when I upgrade my bike (2005 BMW R1150 GS Adventure)

Best service. I live 80 miles away from this place and still get my BMW S1000r serviced here. The place near me in Metuchen, NJ is like most places if you're young and new they make you feel dumb and inexperienced. Wether that's intentional or not doesn't matter. Hermys right away made me feel very welcome and apart of the family. There's really no task they can't do. I had them add a lot of things like headlights, leds, and brake reservoir. Also did the standard annual service. I dropped the bike off and right away someone didn't matter who would ask if I was being helped. One sales guy walked me around the whole store and even took me to the service area to see what they were doing to my lady. I sat on one of the new triumph bobbers and the guy was like start it up I said we are inside he said dude your at a motorcycle dealer I think that's the moment when I fell in love. The only regret I have is not buying from them in the first place. Oh and they delivered my bike back to my house when it was done 80 miles away.
