After having some bad experiences with other local garages, Mark Renewed my faith in having amazing service. Very prompt with getting my vehicle in and diagnosed. Never overcharged like majority of the garages in the area. Very easy to talk to. I send everybody there!!! Great service!!!
Mark and Dan are the best! They have helped with me small motorcycle issues and they get right to the point on what's wrong and why it's needed. Very informative, awesome, and definitely my first choice when I need work done on a vehicle!
Mark and his team are very easy to work with. He has helped us out with 4 vehicles, from brakes and tires to water pumps, alternators, and radiators, they do OUTSTANDING work.
The pricing is fair especially in this economy. We go to them for all of our automotive needs and will continue to do so!

The Man at the front desk is very friendly. He always makes sure he doesn’t sugar coat anything. He literally the best!! The Mechanics are very kind with your car and always make sure everything gets done in a timely manner. Definitely bring your vehicle here they do some amazing work.
I came in with an issue with what I believed was my belts pulleys, they found out my pulley, power steering pump, alternator, oil thermostat, and a sparkplug were all shot, and within a day, they managed to fix EVERYTHING. Not only that, the alternator and thermostat were heavily discounted, and they stayed an hour later after closing to finish my car up! Saying that was the best first impression i've ever had with ANY mechanic shop is an understatement for sure! They went above an beyond to fix my car in such a quick time frame, and I will definitely be taking my vehicle there anytime it needs service!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Just moving into the area last year I was referred to this establishment from my father in law. Both times were awesome experiences from Mark and his crew. I feel completely comfortable sending my fiancé or even my grandmother there knowing that they will be in good hands. This shop did everything to perfection and got it in and out very quickly. Goes above and beyond with their work and builds the personal connection with the customers. I saw it while picking up my car not only with me but with the other customers that were waiting for their car. Extremely helpful, personable and reliable!!! Definitely the go to place around the area!
I love going to T & T Auto Body and Service. The owner is great!! Prices are reasonable and the service is great! I have never had any problems going here. The station is very honest. What I love most is this - no matter what service you have done, they always do a quick overall check on the car for you. If they see any potential issues on the horizon, they alert you.
Mark and his crew do a great job. We have had our car in his shop on 2 different occasions and the service is outstanding. Mark takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns in terms you can actually understand. They truly go that extra mile. If you're looking for a real deal repair shop this is it. Mark was patient with having to fix another shops warranty work. He explained what was going on and fixed my car right the first time (first time he had it)
Have had frame work done, tires and oil change and inspections! While I was there I saw the owner go above and beyond and gave customer rides because they were dropping off their vehicle and had no ride. Very happy with the work, prices and the wait! Would recommend 10xover!

They are still a great place. Unfortunately, I just found out that he put his business up for sake. I will continue to take my vehicles there until he sells it.

I bought a van from Carvana. The air conditioning didn't work right so I came to T&T. Tom stayed on the phone with the warrany company until they agreed to the repairs. He also discovered and repaired an electrical problem. I highly recommend this auto repair service.
We take our car here for everything and have always been treated with respect, never felt we were over charged, and the quality of work is exceptional!

Good quality repairs, sometimes slow but thats sourcing and shipping of parts that takes a while with ups, FedEx etc. Took my newer Cadillac cts for breaks and rotors and was very inexpensive. I believe the shop rate is $60 or $70 an hour. I can handle that ! Thanks Mr Barnes sr and Jr
Just started going to this garage and he helped me out two times in last few months , both times excellent work and service , I'm glad I found a good garage that does everything, including body work, highly recommend, T&T Auto
We received excellent service at the garage from Tom and staff! We have brought several vehicles for service and have always been happy. My son bought a jeep that needed extensive brake work. Tom took care of it quickly and efficiently so he could be safe on the road. Would definitely recommend this business to others.
We brought our vehicle to be inspected here on the 28th of April which was a Tuesday. The garage called us back to let us know what all was going to need to be done to the vehicle and told us it was going to cost a certain amount and would be completed by the end of the week. Come Friday we still hadn’t heard anything back and figured they hadn’t finished yet or just didn’t get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready… no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their “professional” answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, “well, we can charge you MORE if you’d like.”
Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.
