I cannot say enough great things about Ray! He is honest, kind, and does great work! He is a local guy who does his absolute best to make sure his community members are in safe and reliable vehicles. I’ve used him a few times now:
1. To check on a sound I heard coming from the front end. He figured it out and it wasn’t an emergency or something that needed to be fixed within the next 6 months or so “bring it back in the spring and we will look at it then”
2. Oil changes - decent price!
3. Car accident - insurance claim. He worked great with the adjuster & fixed the car to just like new!
4. Tires & broken window button - great price again, wonderful communication!
And to top it off he is a blast to chat with! Happy, funny and always helpful.

Broke down on 84, called Ray, had car towed to 590 about an hour later . Ray called me the next day early afternoon, said I was to fixed and good to go. I recommend 590 Service Station to everyone, Ray and his son are great guys, and knowledgeable!!!
This is one of the few small family shops left out there. Both father and son are awesome grade A people. Twice now they have helped my father with vehicle trouble. They don't scam they are straight up and they care a lot about our local community and the people in it. I would recommend them to anybody. They deserve the business
I called, I brought my girl over, they diagnosed her, they fixed her, I drove her home in just a few hours. Awesome service, nice nice people!! Highly recommend!!!
After sliding in snow into a rock, Ray and his son Ray Jr. took great care of my car and kept in touch with me about the status of the repair. We are lucky to have a shop like this right near masthope. Honest, friendly and professional.
Charged for a repair that was never done. Took it to another mechanic and was shown how the part they claimed to replace was not there and no repair had been done. Also not very friendly, I recommend going somewhere else.
Ray was exceptionally helpful to us, a stranded traveler. Got us settled in an Inn and repaired our vehicle on a weekend! I would give 10 stars if I could. And reasonably priced!!
Always responsive and willing to help. Quick turnaround even the day before a holiday. Extremely helpful, polite and trustworthy. They get it right the first time and charge a reasonable price.
Ray towed our truck when the fuel pump went while driving, he was more than happy to tow our truck from Masthope to our house in Dingmans Ferry. Ray and his sons and employees do great body work and mechanical work in general.
