Who ever answers the phone is is very rude kept hanging up the phone on me said I was running game on him because I told him somebody check the car for to see if the Cadillac converter was still there. The car is gonna get sold regardless!! Don’t do business with these people they don’t deserve to any have a business
So called owner got smart with me over the phone , because I spoke to him over the phone and he said it would be a while for the wait. So I decided to try and call other places for quicker service to then call them back and let them know I wouldn't need their service. Instead since I called the same owner once after I spoke to him he got smart over the phone and quickly assumed instead of allowing me to explain. Not knowing my situation. And quickly banged the phone on me. Very rude and he claimed to be the owner. Ashame. I refuse to deal with them at all in the future. Poor service. Bad attitude. If I can give half a star I would.
Cash for junk was prompt and took care of the business at hand with a quickness. Very organized and professional.
